This modern luxury 3 bed penthouse apartment set in a commanding location overlooking the Santa Maria golf course on the gentle slopes of the prestigious Elvira development and is ideally located for the more discerning holiday maker. The property is extremely well equipped and offers all the modern facilities including fibre optic WiFi access.
Elviria boasts some of the best beaches in Marbella and an excellent choice of restaurants and bars as well as a selection of sport facilities.
There is undercover parking available for one vehicle with direct access via lift to the Penthouse level. The lobby leads directly into the large open plan lounge dining area with magnificent panoramic views to the golf and mountains. The lounge is equipped with Fibre Optic freeview TV which can be watched on the large flat screen as well as DVD's. From the lounge area large patio doors open onto the south east facing terrace which is equipped with a patio table and chairs and sun loungers - the ideal place for al fresco dining. The Dining area is spacious and normally set for 6. The kitchen with its modern layout is fully equipped with Ceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Washing machine and Dishwasher and also comes with a Kettle, Coffee machine and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed, coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes, from the bedroom large patio doors lead out onto the lounge terrace. It also has its own en suit bathroom with twin wash basin, bath with shower over, and w/c. The Second bedroom has a queen size bed, coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes. The Twin bedroom has 2 single beds, coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes. These 2 bedrooms share the family bathroom with single wash basin, bath with shower over, w/c and bidet. The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.
The complex has its own private swimming pool including a separate children's pool located in the well kept gardens below the property. There are communal sun loungers available so no one need go without.
Less than a five minute drive gives you access to 3 shopping areas either side of the Elviria A7 junction. Here you will find excellent supermarkets offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 mins away the La Cala market is open Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, of which there is one in Elviria.
Elviria has become something of a foodie heaven with all tastes and budgets catered for. Then of course are the beach bars, too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.
Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort here. 10 minutes drive from the property you will find Puerto Cabopino whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water, plus they have pedalo’s so the whole family can join in. Then of course you have Nikki Beach celebrating 15 years of beach parties. Why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous.
There are several fitness centres in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities. Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators.
Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda. Golf – Elviria has the prestigious Santa Maria golf complex as will as the Elviria Hills 3 - 9 hole course. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations. Adventura Amazonia is a tree top theme park opened in 2011 being the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes.
OUT & ABOUT
During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy.
