Superb Large Ground Floor Apartment at San Pedro Beach
The location of this apartment is second to none, the beach is less than a five minutes walk away and the wonderful town of San Pedro, less than ten minutes. If you love to step out of your door and have the convenience of all within reach, this is the holiday home for you.
The recently refurbished ground floor apartment is West facing - so lots of sun. There are electric shutters on the comfortable well furnished lounge which leads on to a spacious terrace adorned with a superb dining area, complimented with a gas barbecue and boasts a super chill-out area. The gate leads directly on to internal gardens in the lovely pueblo complex.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and has a full en suite with both shower and bath.
The middle bedrooms boasts three single beds and shares a walk in shower room with the third bedroom which is a double room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There is also a cloakroom.
There is a well equipped modern kitchen with ample cooking and eating utensils with a convenient utility area complete with washing machine.
WIFI is installed in the apartment with a fantastic choice of TV channels.
Parking outside the apartment is ample.
