Edificio Atrium is one of the best blocks in Marbella town centre, second-line beach with sea view and pools in beautiful gardens, 24 h security, bars

Located in the prestigious west side of Marbella in Zona Franks Corner and "Marmolandia" (so-called "Marble land"), this luxury apartment is the ideal spot for your holiday (or vacation), whether a quick break or for several months in the winter. It is south-facing with an uninterrupted sea view over the lovely new Plaza del Mar, a marble-covered leisure area housing a Supercor supermarket, cinema, indoor pool, gym, shops and cafes.

Being second-line to the beach means that you will not be disturbed by the noise of bars on the Paseo Maritimo nor the dust, salt air and wind which are a nuisance for front-line apartments. Access to the beach is just over the road, down steps or a ramp above Ristorante Da Pino, which we recommend if you enjoy Italian food. Tell Pino you are staying in Antonias apartment and he will look after you.

Within five minutes walk you will find four supermarkets, upmarket cocktail bars, tapas bars, restaurants, shops and banks. The historic Old Town/Casco Antiguo is just ten minutes walk and there is a taxi rank next to the building, opposite Semon.

Fresh bread from Hapimag supermarket in front of the building, cafe Ronda at back of blue & white Marbella House or Supercor in Plaza del Mar.

The apartment
With marble floors throughout and two full marble bathrooms, this luxury apartment offers two large bedrooms with comfortable divan beds and duvets (one twin, one double) each with two double wardrobes and storage cupboards above, a sunny living room and separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room, hot & cold air-conditioning, selection of Spanish and international TV channels (subject to current availability), video, radio/cassette player and 24 hours security with a rota of 4 porters.

The apartment sleeps four and a cot and highchair are available. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. The mature tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and offer secluded sun-bathing on loungers by the pool and childrens pool. There is a covered seating area adjacent to the gardens and the communal facilities include an indoors jacuzzi, sauna and small gym.

Cleaning on exit is included in the rental price and every two weeks during longer bookings. Extra maid service is payable locally at 10€ per hour.

Location was perfect for us since we have family there. A secure building and a more intimate pool than larger buildings. The apartment was good for our needs and close to markets, beach and cafes. It would be nice to have an extra towel or two, provide basic instructions for working stove, oven, washer and dryer. Only "issue: we had was the dryer seems to be on its last legs. I would have a guest book in the apartment as there are tips we could have shared about the area with others like where to find WiFi! In all we had a great week and renting was well organized and a lot of helpful information was provided prior to our stay. We hope to come again.

This apartment is in the town near the beach. It has a shared pool, a garage, outside lighting, a garden and a sea view. Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is not available.
