This luxurious, south facing La Reserva apartment is newly furnished to a very high standard and set in an outstanding complex lined with citrus trees and evening lighting. Complete with a private garden and direct access to the pool, this ground floor apartment offers views over the golf course.

There is a large swimming pool and adjacent Jacuzzi and poolside showers with sunbeds available for guests to use. La Reserva has 24 hour security on the main gate.There is a secure parking space in the garage directly below with lifts to the ground floor level.

Local Area
Marbella is one of the most famous resorts in the world. The beautiful coastline combined with the glitz and glamour of the marinas make it a great choice for a holiday or short break. There are activities to suit all tastes from sunbathing and people watching to water sports and an abundance of golf courses. For the keen shopper there are large retail centres such as La Cañada and Marina Banus and designer stores for that extra special purchase. Food lovers can enjoy local fresh seafood or enjoy Chinese, Brazilian , Japanese , Italian and many more.
The Costa del S
ol offers a wealth of atractions and above all sunshine all year round. The summer months you will enjoy beach life and the cosmopolitan feel to the resorts with the mix of nationalities. The winter months offer a change of pace , pleasant sunshine and restaurants where you can take the time to choose your meal and linger afterwards on the terrace. There are many cultural attractions within daytrip distance , Seville, Granada and Cordoba and Madrid is only 3 hours by train for a special escape.

I would like to thank you for a excellent holiday staying in your apartment,it`s the best equipped apartment that we havestayed in.The kids had a great time with the swimming pool being so near and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.I wont hesitate to recommend you to our friends. We would highly Recommend this Apartment for family holidays, we have a six year old and 9 year old and had areally enjoyable time . The location bythe pool was ideal , with added bonus of the garden. The Apartment is beautiafully modern and everthing you would need. .This is a great base for exploring the local area and beaches. We had a great time. Mr and Mrs Bowers
