Outside you will find a large garden with private pool, several terraces for unforgettable moments in the Spanish sun. From the great roof terrace you can even see Gibraltar! The private pool offers year-round swimming fun due to the possible roofing. The pool area is adorned by a beautiful green lawn and a lemon tree. In this area you will find one of the bedrooms with bathroom, which is separated from the main building and therefore offers total privacy.
The house is located only 1.5 km from the golf course "Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella", as well as the famous "Nikki Beach Marbella".
