It has one of the most beautiful gardens you can find in Andalucia with idyllic cascades, water lilies and incomparable rich vegetation. The spacious and beautifully designed swimming pool has deck chairs and showers.
The Apartment's airy balcony has a direct view of the sea with a glass, patio dining table for 6 persons and cushioned chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. The master bedroom opens out onto the balcony, overlooking the garden and has an en suite marble bathroom with jacuzzi.
The beach and swimming pool in the gated secured gardens are easily accessible within minutes. Enjoy walking in the beautiful gardens, beach promenade and relax by the pool.
Marbella has 8km of one of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol. The Apartment has direct access to the beach within 2 minutes walk. Within 5 minutes walk is the Marina where boats can be hired for cruising and fishing or take a 30 minute stroll to Puerto Banus and see the beautiful Yachts and boats.
There are 6 golf courses including the exclusive Marbella Club Golf Resort within 10min driving range as well as skiing at Sierra Nevada Granada within 2 hours drive.
In the spring and fall there are over 3000 fiestas, ferias and processions throughout Andalucia, including the ‘Semana de Feria en Marbella (Marbella fair)’ in early June.
Marbella Old town with its Orange Square, churches, fine boutiques and excellent restaurants is within 10 minutes walk. All amenities such as banks, supermarkets, taxis are all easily accessible.
Puerto Banus, a 30 minute stroll from the apartment, is the playground of the rich and famous. With stunning views of the Mediterranean and mountains, it is an excellent spot for yacht watching, alfresco dining, designer shopping and has a fabulous nightlife. Alternatively visit the vibrant, weekly Saturday morning market held in the bullring.
For the adventurous, catch a bullfight in Torremolinos, a 25 minute drive from the apartment. For a fun filled day out for the whole family, visit Tivoli World in Benalmedina. Tivoli World is the largest centre for family entertainment on the Costa del Sol approx 30 minutes away.
Malaga is the preferred airport, about 35 minute drive. It is serviced by good transport systems. Collection from the airport can be arranged at occupants cost. Gibraltar Airport is about 60 minute drive.
