Luxury apartment with private pool on the terrace! - 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella town

This fantasic spacious apartment, with its private roof top swimming pool, is beautifully presented with quality furnishings. It boasts four bedrooms sleeping eight people in comfort.

The terrace faces south for your use and offers wonderful views over the countryside.

There is also a communal pool in the urbanisation gardens, should you wish to use it.

Being a short drive to Puerto Banus and to Marbella old town, it is in an ideal location for either staying in and relaxing, or for heading out to explore the night life, and café society during the day in Puerto Banus. We highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful holiday in Marbella.

This apartment is located in "Las Terrazas de las Lomas de Marbella Club" which is both close to the town of Marbella and the marina of Puerto Banus, in about a 10 minute drive to both. Only 400m from the night club Olivia Valere. An enviable location for a marvelous space.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
