Large apartment with Private Roof Terrace and Pool - 10 minute walk to the harbour of Puerto Baús

Holiday apartment with large terrace in heart of Puerto Banus, secure (gated community), two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment very close to the harbour front of Puerto Banus in Alcazaba Gardens, with a large private roof terrace and full air conditioning.

The apartment has two bedrooms on the lower level. The main bedroom has a super king size bed, access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. Upstairs there is a large roof terrace with BBQ . The roof terrace is accessed by steps from the interior of the apartment, where there is also a cloak room.

The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating with LCD television (with full British television) and includes a dining room table with 6 chairs located just next to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment can be made up to sleep an extra person. Please add EURO 100.00 per week per person for groups of five or more.

This lovely 2 1/2 bedroom apartment is located just a short walk to the harbour front of Puerto Banus with its busy bars, restaurants and night life.

It is situated just behind the Melia Marbella Dinmar Hotel and only 500 meters to the beach.

There is a multitude of golf courses near by and of course Puerto Banus marina which is less than ten minutes walk away. Marbella is a further 8KM away and can be reached easily by bus. Puerto Banus and the world famous Marbella are both packed with history and a multitude of bars, restaurants, shopping centres and beautiful beaches. The villa provides a good place to stay close to the hustle and bustle of the port. A great place to stay for those who do not want far to walk for the Marbella lifestyle.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
