Delightful first floor beach side apartment in the heart of Elviria. Minutes away from the shops, restaurants and some of the best beaches in Marbella. Registration Number VFT/MA/09652
Set mid way between the Coastal towns of Marbella and Fuengirola its ideal beach side setting gives easy access to the excellent beaches of Elviria.
The property is located on the first floor and has lift access from the underground garage where there a two reserved parking spaces.

The fully fitted kitchen comprising Ceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher and also comes with a Kettle and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse. A small laundry room leads off and is where the Washing Machine is located.
The main living/dining area which is modern in design and has comfortable soft furnishings it is equipped with a large flat screen TV and has both Internet and DVD input.From the lounge patio doors lead out to the terrace equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining with great views over the jaccuzi.
From the lounge there is access to the Master bedroom with king sized bed and coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes. It has its own en suite with shower, vanity unit and w/c. Also the two bedrooms both with twin single beds and fitted wardrobes and the family bathroom with shower, vanity unit and w/c.
The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating and WiFi throughout.
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.
The complex is made up of several blocks which share a large swimming pool and children's pool, there is also a Jacuzzi pool available to all guests.
Less than a five minute walk gives you access to 2 large shopping areas either side of the Elviria A7 junction. Here you will find excellent supermarkets, one of which sells fresh seafood everyday, there is also a butcher and an extensive delicatessen section. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 mins away by car to the La Cala market, open Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, of which there is one in Elviria.
Elviria has become something of a foodie heaven with all tastes and budgets catered for. One of our favourites is Arte Café where the Ribs are to die for. Then of course are the beach bars, too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.
Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the 5-Star Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort here. There are many beach bars and a wide selection of restaurants along the long coast line, Elviria hosting one of the most well know - Nikki beach now in it 9th year, so why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous. To the east is the picturesque Cabopino port whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water.
There are several fitness center’s in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities. Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators.
Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda. Golf – Elviria has the prestigious Santa Maria golf complex as well as the Elviria Hills par 3 - 9 hole course. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes. Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.
OUT & ABOUT
During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

Me and my family are very pleased with our stay at the Jardines de Don Carlos. The appartment is high standard and covered our needs in terms of space (4 persons), kitchen facilities and a washingroom. It also had a nice balcony towads the pool.
The complex was well maintained and was clean and with nice vegetation. There is a short walking distance to shops and the beach.
We would really recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation appartment with short distances to all the Costa del Sol facilities.
The apartment was exactly what we wanted. We had a nice stay in a perfect location.
excellent location for a holiday. We had a wonderful time. Location is very good. We can only say that deserves A +. Thank you Danny and we hope to see you next year
