Town house overview - owner's description

A stunning location in Manilva close to Duquesa. Fantastic views to the sea, golf course and mountains. It is situated close to Gibraltar, Duquesa and Estepona. Spread over 3 levels there are 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one room with twin beds, refurbished bathrooms and terraces everywhere including a roof terrace with magnificent panoramic mountain and coastline views. This house is modern with new decoration and has a fully equipped kitchen, internet and is close to one of the communal pools.

Puerto de la Duquesa really is one of the Costa del Sol's best marinas. Although within easy reach of the airports of Malaga (60 minutes) and Gibraltar (45 minutes), La Duquesa seems like a thousand miles away from the throng of the holiday resorts. On the east side (Muelle de Levante) a number of cafe bars face the Marina due to the afternoon sun make a very pleasant place to have a snack/drink and watch the world go by. In the summer weekend evenings the port hosts a unique Crafts Market, popular with the local residents and visitors. A short walk to the west of Puerto de la Duquesa is the fishing hamlet of Castillo de la Duquesa. Rising virtually from the beaches, in the mountains the famed white villages of Manilva, Casares & Gaucin.
