A very high quality villa 200 m. from the beach, 130 m2, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, A/C, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, BBQ, etc.
The yard is protected by a brick wall. It has an exquisite 20 square meters swimming pool, that comfortably cools under the warm blazing sun. You can relax in the sun loungers by the pool or test your skills at the billiards and ping-pong. There is also a barbecue in the yard.
The high quality villa has 130 square meters of space. It is decorated with very high quality furniture. There is a living room, a dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, where you can relax while watching the international TV channels. There is also a stylish fireplace for "cool winter evenings". In this big room is a dining area for six diners and an exit to the covered terrace. There is an air conditioning in the living room.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is for instance a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, complete tableware etc.
The bedrooms have berths for six people. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third one twin beds. All bedrooms have a small "Juliets" balcony. The bedrooms have an air conditioning.
Villa Laura is perfect even for demanding holidaymakers. It is close to the beach and also the city center is within walking distance, so you do not necessarily need a car on your vacation.
