A Magnificent Villa near the Exclusive Los Flamingos Golf Complex and Puerto Banus.

Our wi fi enabled Villa has a superb roof top solarium for al fresco dining, 3 further terraces, a relaxation games room/extra bedroom and a large communal swimming pool for residents only. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive away with its many restaurants and designer shops, casino and nightclubs. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Los Flamingos.

* Take a trip or drive to Gibraltar. It’s about 35 minutes by car. Once there you can get some duty free (very cheap) and visit the Barbary apes by taking the Cable Car up the rock.

* Visit Sierra Nevada about a 2 hour drive away, but well worth the drive. Beautiful scenery with excellent skiing conditions in the winter and lovely mountain walks in the summer.

* The historic towns of Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Grenada, with the famous Alhambra Palace are just over 2 hours or so, you can arrange excursion trips in Fuengirola.

* A day trip to Morocco is possible, to visit the ancient town of Tangiers. A hydrofoil takes you from Algeciras about 90 minutes away direct to the port of Tangiers, where you can visit the markets, take in the atmosphere and buy some very reasonably priced rugs!

Furnished to an extremely high standard throughout this home oozes style no matter which room you opt to be in!

Ground Floor - Kitchen/Lounge and Diner

On entering the property through the main entrance to the left of the lobby is the fully fitted kitchen with all the requirements you will need for whichever level of cooking you are at along with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Directly ahead you enter the elegant lounge and dining room. Relax on one of the two leather sofas and put on one of your favourite DVDs (dont forget to bring your own!) should you find that sun a little too hot in the afternoon! The lounge leads out onto a large terrace with two large glass topped tables where you can choose to dine al fresco or just sip a cool gin and tonic whilst looking over the pool. For a more formal dining experience sit yourself indoors at the exquisite dining room table, all you need to do is toss to see who will be cooking!

Basement - Games Area

Downstairs from the ground floor, the basement has been converted into a games room with a pool table, two sofas, one which is a double sofa bed and its own en suite bathroom, an ideal room for R&R. There is a small fridge to keep your refreshments cool and is the ideal place to throw on some tunes. There is also plenty of storage space. The second entrance to the property can also be found here leading directly to the car port where there is ample room for two cars.

First Floor - Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3

Heading back upstairs to the first floor where you will find the main sleeping accommodation. Bedroom one consists of a twin beds and again plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom two is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom which houses both a separate shower and bath. This bedroom also leads onto a small terrace with a small table and two chairs where you can relax and enjoy an early morning coffee and to plan your day. Bedroom three houses just a single bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom that can be found on this floor.

Second Floor - Bedroom 4

The second floor has bedroom number four which has twin beds and opens out to a terrace either side with sun loungers on both terraces.

Top Floor - Solarium

The top floor houses yet another terrace where you may opt to get some space away from the rest of your party and is the perfect place to top up your tan prior to returning home. With great views over the mountains and the nearby Los Flamingos golf course relaxing could not come any easier.

Fully air conditioned throughout and housing everything that you would require in a home away from home, Platinum Heights is the perfect retreat.


There is a fantastic roof top solarium terrace with full al fresco dining facilites such as table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. There are 3 further terraces with table, chairs and sunloungers. The large outdoor pool is shared with the other villas.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service

Linen and towels are provided. Linen is changed on a weekly base. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both.

General Locality & Places of Interest
Puerto Banus

We are situated within a 10 minute drive from the world famous Puerto Banús Marina with its bevy of beautiful boats ranging from high speed offshore boats and yachts to luxurious cruisers owned by the likes of Michael Douglas and King Fahed of Saudi Arabia.

The beaches adjacent to both sides of Puerto Banús marina hold a European blue flag.

The nightlife in Puerto Banus is incredible, with a huge choice of alfresco bars, casinos, piano clubs and discos. Puerto Banus and Marbella boast some ofthe finest stores in the world for clothes,furnishings and all the accessories of luxury living. If shopping is your passion designer names such as Gucci, Chanel, Armani and Versace are here in abundance. For another view of the marina, boat trips are available on a regular basis. Also available for hire is a range of sporty water transport.

Puerto Banus is a great place to take a coffee and watch the celebrities who make this the place to be seen in. Dont be surprised if you see Sean Connery or Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffiths walking down the front as they have houses here and he even has a street named after him!

In summary, Puerto Banus is a year-round resort with outdoor dining and swimming in the sea possible from April to October. Spring is great for golfers and for visitors who enjoy the relative tranquility and pleasant temperatures (up to 25 degrees C). Summer is wonderfully hot (at 30 degrees C or more) and the resort buzzes with activity. Autumn and Winter are still pleasantly warm and sunny (at 20 degrees C or more). Take your pick!

San Pedro, Benhavis & Sierra Blanca Mountains

It is 5 mins drive to San Pedro which is a typically spanish town with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive.


The highpoint of many a visit to Andalucia, the city of Granada was the region’s most important city in muslim times and is home to the famous Alhambra, one of the world’s great buildings. You’re best advised to book your tour in advance as it’s an enormously popular tourist sight. Also worth seeing here is the great cathedral, the elaborate Royal Chapel and the Albayzin, the old muslim quarter.

Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes.

One of Andalucia’s loveliest towns, Ronda is steeped in history. Standing on a towering plateau in the mountains of Malaga Province, it is famous throughout Spain for the plunging river gorge that divides the medieval from the 18th century parts of the town. Known as El Tajo (The Cliff), the gorge is spanned by a stone bridge, which once housed a prison. It is thrilling to stand on the bridge and stare down at the waters of the River Guadalevin. Ronda is also famous for its bullring, which is the oldest and arguably most historic in Spain - the arena itself is also the country’s largest. When there are no fights, the bullring is open to visitors, and has a fascinating museum with many momentos of Spain’s most renowned bullfighters. Ronda is a popular destination for visitors to the Costa del Sol, as it has a traditional charm that attracts the day tripper.


The Platinum Heights is 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive to the local beaches.


Platinum Heights is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at Bel Air late afternoon!

In the Spring and Autumn you can expect temperatures of around 25 degrees or more and of course in the summer months it is wonderfully hot, perfect for just spending lazy days on the beach or enjoying the many water sports on offer. Malaga which is only 45 mins away is served by many low cost airlines from the UK and airports, with a range of low cost options, including Thomsonfly, Jet2, BMI Baby, Easyjet and Mytravel Lite. The complex and villa is very prestigious and in a fantastic area. We had one of the best holidays we have ever had, spending long nights on the patio having barbeques as a family. The pool area was excellent and well looked after and we met some great people. I would thoroughly recommend this villa as it is spacious and of a high standard. There are some things though that need to be improved. Every day without fail the electric tripped on average 4-5 times and we didnt really have that many things turned on! We now realise why there was wind up torches in every room. The cleanliness of the place also needed improving as well the floors were filthy our feet were black after 5 mins! Also please be aware that at the pool you are only allowed 4 adults at any given time so if you have more in your family they will not be allowed round the pool as a group. Also a few small things such as we has to buy some glasses as there wasnt enough and the plates and cups are mostly chipped. Also the top floor the which has a twin room has no air con the room was uncomfortable at night This did not put us off it was an amazing holiday and we would go back again but we would like to see these things improved

The property was as described but wasnt as clean as I would have expected. We were met by a smell as we entered from the car park but it didnt carry through the house so we avoided this room. We had hired a car for our stay and I would recommend this as the villa is quite a distance from anything. There was ample towels in the villa for use and the pool area was very clean and well maintained, if just a little cold when you jumped in! We did pay for a mid-week cleaning service but did not receive this. I would recommend the villa to a friend if they wanted a base for their holiday but not if they intended to stay at the villa for most of their day as there isnt a lot to entertain you.

We stayed as a group of 8 people aged 25-30. The Villa was a great size for this number with the roof terrace and the games rooms a plus. It is a good 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus, but within close proximity to local supermarkets to stock up! We went down to the closest beach which was approximately a 20minute walk over the freeway, but it was a great place to relax. The Villa complex has quite a few families living there, so it is worth noting to not be surprised when asked to keep down the noise late at night as the sound proofing in the villa is very poor. I would recommend this villa as great value for money and perfect for groups of friends.

Ideal property for our mixed family (7 Adults & 2 Children). Good Heating/Air Conditioning available in all areas. Hire Car needed to get the best out of this area. No Problems, but: Directions could be simplified. Once on E15 Motorway, go through 2 Payment Booths (Use "Manuales" gate for cash) stay on until Junc 157. Then direct as original. A second set of keys would have been good for a group this big Yolande & husband were most helpful. Lots of advice on where to go, Resturants etc.

We enjoyed our stay. However very disappointed that no one came into change the bedding half way thought the two weeks. Unfortunately the gentleman managing the swimming pool did not have a clue what he was doing with the chemicals. I have a swimming pool. the pool was so green it had to be shut on the last day we were there. However I presume that situation has been rectified now. Julie

Julie,Bed linen is changed on demand, so if it was requested it would've been changed without question. I understand there was a problem with the pool caused by renters from another pool but this has now been fully rectified.

If you are thinking about booking this accomadation, don't hesitate just book!, Great location ideal for both my personal favourites, P.Banus for the shopping and Marina, and Benahavis for the dining, the accomadation has everything you need for a home away from home, if you have a little one they can watch cbeebies on the sky box. older children will love the pool table, something for everyone would definitely return, thank you

My whole party was very impressed with the villa and loved the holiday. We had some problems with the boiler but the staff at villa renters in Spain where easy to get hold of and very quick to rectify the problem. Just for future use the walls are rather thin and the permenant residence next door have a child, late nights need to be quiet. Also 2 of the 5 sleeping areas have no doors and the acoustics are amazing: we had a few early mornings, not by choice but because of the echo of other party members dawnful rise. Thanks Again!!!

This is a large condo in a nice area. The description of being Los Flamingos is misleading - it is a good half mile away from the golf course and at least a half mile from the beach. At the same time the location is very convenient and the complex self sufficient. There is a wonderful view from the upper deck. Gary, the on site manager, is terrific and helped us frequently. The pool is nice. The only downside is the considerable dust from all the construction around the area. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed it the whole time. The only reasons for the "good" rating is the dust, the walls are banged up from people lugging luggage up and down the stairs, and a shortage of decent towels.

Great new property. Great facilities and excellent value for money. One point to note is that a family lives next door so it is not ideal if you want to play loud music etc. Otherwis ei thoroughly recommend it!!
I was delighted with the space and location of the villa. I think the whole villa needs some TLC due to wear and tear of visitors. So yes I would stay again and hope the updat es are made in the meantime.
It was a nice, clean and nice furnitured house, with allot of space for 8 persons. The only missing things was in the kitchen, bad knifs, not enought with glas and teaspoons. But apart from that we bougth what was needed and left it for the next family coming along.
On arrival the property was very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. We had an excellent stay, and we were well looked after by Steve Mitchell who greeted us and answered many of our questions. However, on arrival we were told the swimming pool wasnt open due to "vandalism" yet with no signs of damage and many rumours, it was suspected that this was due to the President of the urbanization. Because of this we were only able to use the pool for 3 days out of 7 which was very dissapointing, especially as we regarded a swimming pool as a key priority when booking our apartment. Furthermore, the electricity frequently cut out, and the hot water ran out quickly. For a group of 8 girls this wasnt ideal! Also, there were many mornings when we were awoken early (7/8am) by builders/painters which isnt expected or appreciated when we are on holiday.
We had a brilliant holiday at the property and would definitely go back again. The villa and pool area were in good condition with local amenities close by. We did hire cars but bus stops are only a short walk away so cars are not essential as we first thougt. The directions to the villa are maybe a bit too discriptive. Its easier just to stay on the E15 motorway and exit at junction 157, then follow the directions from there. The only disappointing part was not receiving the the food arrival kit which was ordered.
The property was ideal for our party of six people. Property was clean, air conditioning worked well (although, not available in the top bedroom) and the bedroom set up was ideal for Mum & Dad, separate bedrooms for two daughters and twin room for 15 year old son and friend. Yolanda & Les - the on site contacts - are great people and were incredibly helpful, friendly and full of information on places to go and where to eat. The only downside - beaches are more than a 15 minute walk and you will need to go to Marbella to find good sandy beaches without the necessity to negotiate the rocks and shingle of the local beaches. Disappointed that the expected cleaning and linen change didn't happen after a week. However, the overall impression was as we expected and the property was exactly what we needed for a party of our size and make up. The pool was fine with sun beds available and in good order. Car parking was very convenient and the local bar was an easy walk, as was the large supermarket. We had a great time in a nice property and most importantly - the children were happy, that means Mum & Dad were happy. Massive thanks to Yolanda & Les - you made our stay very enjoyable
We stayed at this property during the first week of June. We are a family of 7, 3 adults and 4 children, eldest 13 youngest 2. We were given excellent instructions directly from the airport to the property where we were me by Leslie who showed us around and gave us the key. The villa is magnificent with ample space for larger families. The games room in the basement was a massive plus for the older children. I have to say I was slightly concerned when we I saw the staircases with my youngest son as there are some quite big gaps between the stairs and the spindles around the stairwell so that is one thing to look out for if you have toddlers and also as it is all marble kids running in and out with wet feet can easily slip. We had no mishaps but it did worry me initially. Great facilities for self catering with dishwasher, cooker, washing machine fridge freezer - though the fridge door opens behind the kitchen door which was a bit annoying! We had some great help and advice from Yolanda and Leslie who really are an asset to the place. The pool area is lovely and brill for the kids. On the downside while we were there there were quite a few hen and stag parties coming in at unearthly hours and did wake us up a few times. Other points to take into consideration is the fact that this is definitely NOT Puerto Banus or even San Pedro which is where it's described as being. There is only one little spanish bar which is about a 5 min walk from the villa near the supermarket, the other bars are a good 20 min walk but there's an excellent chinese there too. It costs about 20 euros each way in a taxi to the port. There's a lovely restaurant called Streets of London which is a short taxi ride away or a 30 min walk. All the restaurants etc are fab with kids! Highly recommended, five star, would definitely go back again!! The property was excellent, about 10 minutes by taxi into Puerto Banus and large supermarket nearby. The villa is starting to look at; little used now but still an excellent place to stay. There were 10 of us in the villa and there was plenty of space.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. It is very good value for money and is exactly as the details discribe it. I will definately be returning.
we had party of 8 and villa was easily big enough to have a bed each as we were all male party,close enough to a host of good courses and right in the flamingos course,so perfect for golfers .would advise having a car though so everything is within reach

Anita - EnglandApprox 40mins to an hour drive from the airport which was mostly dual carriageway. Accommodation tastefully decorated , bright and airy. The surroundings were clean and tidy with a nice pool (not currently heated). Amenities - The supermarket was a couple of minutes drive (approx 10 min walk). Restaurants are in walking distance first one about 8 mins and then there is a village further on (20 mins) which hosts a selection of cusine to suit all.A taxi ride (or driving) is the best way to get into Buenos average fare was around 10 - 15 euros with a spectacular harbour, numerous restaurants, bars and nightspots (eating on the front is quite pricey).
Hi Shahid,I would like to comment on our weeks stay on the 14th May. We found the accommodation to be of more than ample size for seven people in our group, the furniture was of very high quality and the facilities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Having a pool table and BBQ meant we could entertain ourselves on the evenings we decided to relax from all the other party nights spent in Puerto Banus which is only 10 minutes away in a taxi. There are plenty of areas to sunbathe, including the terraces attached to the house and the pool side, making our visit very relaxing. I have recommended your property to friends and family members.
