This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in the most beautiful settings in los dolses ..quaint mews setting, very friendly, amazing break for romantic getaways, families or golfers. The area has great weather 300 days of the year due to micro climate and is fantastic for golfers in winter ...a perfect all year holiday/break with a real log fire for winter breaks. As well as a log effect calor gas fire if needed making winter stays very home from home please book early as we book all year very fast to avoid disappointment .

The villa is a beautiful property and furnished to a very high standard. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a leather kingsize bed with luxury memory foam mattress and pillows for comfort with luxury bedding, it also has an ensuite bathroom with power shower, toilet and sink. A separate family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet can be found between the two bedrooms. Second bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, TV & x-box.

Nothing about this home is standard, it is equipped for your comfort and luxury. It is fully fitted with mozzies blinds all through a must in Spain no more bites including sliding screen of lounge patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster. We have also a fitted filtered drinking water tap.

The living room has 2 cream large leather recliening sofas, very comfortable and would seat 3 people on each if needed and could also be used as additional beds for smaller children if needed making it then available for 6 people. It is equipped with a 47" LED smart TV, with access to UKTV, French, Russian, Spanish, German and scandinavian TV, Sky Sports and access to the latest movies and TV Shows, NETFLIX, WIFI, dvd player with a large selection of upto date DVDs, and a selection of board games including deluxe scrabble, star wars monopoly. There are plenty of upto date reading books. There is also wall mounted iPod docking station.

Off of the living room is sliding patio doors leading onto a tiled terrace, beautiful for taking it all in with a glass of wine.

There is a gate from the terrace down into the pretty garden with table, chairs and parasol. Then there are steps leading up to a very large roof terrace where the veiws are just beautiful and breath taking, our favorite place to be at the end of the day, it has a kitchen area where we have two electric table top grills for your use, both large, one is a pro gridle plate for chicken steak fish plus a fantastic Fajita Sizzler with warmer for wraps where you can grill and cook at the top of the world to then sit and relax on a fantastic sofa and chairs... there is also kettle and tea and coffee facilitys doesnt get much better.

The bedrooms have memory foam mattress ensuring a great nights sleep also every little detail has been thought about and catered for to ensure a top class stay..

The roof terrace has a very comfortable seating sofa and chairs also and each terrace and has a full size sun awning that can be wound in or out to suit.

The whole villa has mosquito nets at every door and window stopping the bites many suffer during there stay in Spain !!

Not forgetting the beautiful adults and childrens pools set in beautiful gardens which are secure, private and gated.

Los Dolses is an area for all year round breaks as winters can also be very mild and sunny great for golfers or just a chilled out break.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
South Costa Blanca is said to have the worlds healthest climate and we have over 300 days a year sunshine there are numerous blus flag beaches la zenia being 5 minute car ride .

Torrevieja is about 10 minutes drive away where there is a large pedestrianised sea front with restaurants, bars, market stalls and shops vibrant atmosphere There are also a number of small sandy coves where the sand sculptors display their talents making castles, dragons etc. great for all

This area of the Costa Blanca is a golfers paradise with a number of top class golf courses within a short drive. Villamartin golf course which can be walked to, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca golf courses are all within 10 to 15 minutes drive and all have great club houses also for food and drinks.

Mountains and spanish villages the roman ruins at Cartagena, Murcia amazing city for shopping and sights all local you will find something for everyone.

Lo Pagan is 20 minute drive and a great sight to see mud and salt lakes you have to try it all free. The mud is recommended for many skin conditions including acne, abscesses, sores and ulcers, it also has a stimulating effect on wound healing, it attracts lots of visitors .

The Villamartin / Los Dolses area
On the doorstep we have la fuente, los dolses and villamartin plaza's, all resturants and bar areas all walking distance there is go- karting, horse riding, jet skis and many other things to do. It is a 5 minute drive to the beaches, and many other things are availble and all local including markets fantastic all year location do as much or as little as you want water parks theme parks golf spoilt for choice ..shopping we have five blue flag beaches all on door step so many beautiful areas and scenes to see just a beautiful area may 2012 we have a fantastic shopping mall being built a ten minute walk straight down the road with the biggest primark in Europe already secured along with with over 200 stores and a floor of eating places. We also have a new sports centre recently opened again on the door step great for family days or evenings out has indoor swimming pool also .

There is a €120 clean and linen fee payable to our keyholder on arrival.

Spoilt for choice Alicante airport is a 40 minutes drive and murcia is a 20 minute drive, flights are availble to these airports from just about every single city airlines are.
