The resort of new construction, consists of 172 fantastic suite, generous in size, every suite has 140 square meters of space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large terraces, each apartment has private parking, guarded, the resort features surveillance and 24-hour concierge! It has the largest private pool in Spain, 130 meters long.
a few steps away there is a supermarket and Bar for breakfast, about 400 meters away is the Bahia Beach, the beach very popular and elegant, as well as the famous Italian restaurants and DA VINCI TUSCANY .. this resort is suitable for those looking for peace, tranquility, relaxation and rest, vacation to the standard of the Extreme luxury ..

The house is all new! newly renovated, very pretty, pleasant and welcoming, the house reflects the photos and is just as is seen, will not be able or allowed to request to add or remove furniture and accessories, the house is so and will remain so.

At arrival you will request a copy of the document (passport) and a credit card to guarantee the reservation (same procedure than in hotels), please therefore to facilitate the check in to prepare the following documents before your departure.

It is recalled that the apartments are inside of the condos, so it requires the utmost seriousness, avoiding night parties, loud noises during the 24 hours, get drunk, do drugs, is required to avoid any use other than performing a regular holiday in a home, therefore any other use will be sanctioned if persistent and you will be asked to leave the property.

We have on request transfers to and from the airport, airport assistance, cook and waiter in a private house, (all subject to surcharge)

Arrivals after 22H00 and departure before 07H00, will cost extra each 40 €

It is recommended to hand deliver the keys of the house to your restart, and any failure to supply keys, or the loss of the same, will be considered THEFT, therefore we will proceed with the complaint to the local police, as well as a fine of 500 € that They will be charged.

The house rules are very strict, if you break it, the house is luxurious, new, very well maintained, in great detail, so you should always take the wisdom in the use of private facilities and those relating to the common areas, any abuse unjustified or bad uses, will be punished economically, we respect both the current client that what will come next, with this type of reasoning my customers are always 100% satisfied...

We arrived to find the pool out of use it has a leak and no one knows when the problem will be rectified. No one informed us of this prior to arrival. We agreed a move to another property but each one we picked suddenly became unavailable !! When we eventually moved we were literally dumped In an area we don't know and wondered if we would ever find out way back in a very built up residential area full of dogs and not what we would have picked at all. Needless to say the original apartment is some 20 minutes from Los Christianos. Finally on the day of departure we agreed to meet at 11.30 to return the keys by 12.05 and many unawares calls and texts we had to leave for the airport taking the keys as they were needed for the gates. Since our return I have returned the keys by recorded delivery but have now relieved a threatening message from the owner.

Although we enjoyed our holiday in very nice modern apartment within the complex which was immaculate and tidy there were several points we would like to point out. The information in the advert was misleading as it is stated the location as being in Los Cristianos but is actually in Palm Mar approx. 3 miles away with no public transportation. The overview detailed free transfer from and to airport which we confirmed with the owner but on arrival we had to call someone to come and meet us and thereafter pay our own taxi to complex both ways. Also advertised free shuttle service to local attractions but not to be seen or information at apartment re this. Swimming Pool closed as was access to roof terrace and sun loungers we still never found heated pools or gym. Also advertised as a Penthouse and we were on the first floor! There was no information in apartment regarding complex or surrounding area and to compound the problem although the girl who met us was very nice spoke predominately in Spanish.

Car hire is recommended as the penthouse apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
