Newly refurbished two bedroom apartment in the Port Royale complex of Los Cristianos with a lovely sunny balcony. Near to bars and restaurants and only a short walk away from resort centre.
This lovely privately owned two bed apartment to rent is located in the ever popular complex of the Port Royale Los Cristianos. It benefits from a lovely sunny double terrace with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the Tenerife sunshine! Having been recently refurbished it this has become a very popular apartment to rent within the Port Royale complex.
Port Royale has its own communal pool and large sun terrace with free sunbeds. The complex has an italian restaurant (and take-away) on site and has a launderette.
It is located adjacent to two large 4* hotels which provide excellent evening entertainment programmes and full sport facilities (including bowling, tennis, sauna etc).
The beach, harbour and central Los Cristianos is a 15 minute stroll away. A good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 mins walk. This is definitely the more upmarket area of Los Cristianos where some of the best restaurants can be found.
Lounge: Two sofas (one sofa bed), satellite TV (BBC, ITV, CH4, Sky and many more!), DVD, coffee table, ceiling fans, patio doors to sunny balcony.
Kitchen:Full size oven, hob, microwave, fitted fridge, washing machine, breakfast bar and stools. .
Master Bedroom: Twin beds (shown in photos as pulled together), bedside tables and lamps, large fitted wardrobes, hairdryer, ceiling fans, patio doors to balcony.
Ensuite bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.
2nd Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Family bathroom: Bath, shower, WC and basin. Both bathrooms are modern and fresh.
Balcony: Large double balcony with an abundance of sun. Patio table and 4 chairs and sun beds.
Complex Facilities: Swimming pool (heated in winter), sun beds and parasols (free of charge), on-site Italian Restaurant and bar, launderette.
Linen Change: Towels and linen change weekly.
Location: 25 minutes from Airport. (Taxi meet and greet service available). 10 to 15 minutes walk to Los Cristianos harbour and beach. Ideal location for the water park. Two golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

We stayed here for 11 nights in October for a family holiday. Nice quiet area up the hill from the beach and main town. Small supermarket a 2 minute walk away. Apartment was spotless on arrival, spacious and comfortable with a large sunny balcony. Balcony had a table and chairs as well as 2 x sun loungers. Pool area clean, plenty of sunbeds and warm swimming pool.
Having had our original apartment choice cancelled we were lucky enough to have this apartment for our holiday. It's high up on the hillside but the taxi rank is just a few minutes down the road and there are some really good places to eat and drink only a 10 minute walk away with a supermarket 5 minute walk and the main large supermarket just 10 minutes walk.The apartment is very well equipped and the housekeeping service was excellent, this is a great base for a family or couple wanting all that Los Cristianos has to offer but without the hustle and bustle. The patio is brilliant for outdoor living with the eating area, loungers and extra fridge, bedrooms have fans, the walk in shower was brilliant after a long day at he beach or pool. Great amenities, no noise issues and we would highly recommend and visit again- but next time with a hire car
Property as you expect. Hadn't been cleaned for our arrival but was delt with promptly along with a phone call from the owner to apologise for mix up. Complex clean and well maintained. Pool area great. Location and views very nice with some lovely restaurants close by. Apartment would benefit from some new mattresses and air conditioning but would definitely stay here again.
Lovely apartment clean and spacious. A lovely view of los Cristianos. It's a long walk to the beach but for us we enjoy the walk so it wasn't a problem for us. This was our second time staying in the apartment but our first time using the pool area as it was being refurbished last year and I must say we thought it was lovely and our 2 daughters enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The only thing we had a problem with was the same as what we had last year and that was there isn't a double bed only singles that we had to pushed together, I personally found this uncomfortable as we stayed for 16 nights and struggled to sleep properly and would of prefered a double bed. That is the only thing that puts us off rebooking for next year.
We had an enjoyable stay at the property. It was as described and suitable for 4 adults. Though the views were lovely the property was situated at the top of some very steep hills which may not be suitable for some people. (We were advised of this before arrival ).
