This brand new 2 bed apartment offers quality accommodation within a select area in Los Cristianos. The complex of Dinastia is a brand new complex with lovely views over Los Cristianos to the sea.
Like the complex, the apartment is brand new with a sparkling new marble floor and new furniture. It is particularly spacious and has a large open plan style living area with plenty of room for two leather sofas, a coffee table, Satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV and 4), DVD player and a separate dining area too!
One of the sofas folds out into a sofa bed so the apartment can sleep 5 or 6 people. From the living area, you walk out to the unique 2nd floor terrace which benefits from afternoon and eveving sun. The balcony consists of a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Here is the perfect place to wallow in the afternoon Tenerife sun or for an early evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the Los Cristianos!
Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and provides a cosy setting for a good nights sleep after a lazy day by the pool! The main bedroom has an ensuite with a fabulous jacuzzi bath but there is also a 2nd bathroom too.
The fully fitted Kitchen keeps nice and separate from the lounge and includes oven, hob, large fridge freezer and microwave.
The well designed pool area acts as a real suntrap and is therefore ideal for sun worshippers. The Pool is heated in the winter months. The Pool Bar / Snack bar has a lovely friendly atmosphere.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. This more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars (including a Sports bar showing all the leading Sporting events), a well stocked supermarket, car hire and excursion shops.
The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at Las Vistas is a 10-15 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.

This apartment is looked after by a local Management company who's details will be left in the apartment for you. They are local and available should you need them during your stay.
A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided. We also have a fleet of hire cars and can leave them at the airport should you want to pick one up

I'm not a seasoned traveller, this is the first time I have booked through a company like Clickstay. The process was so easy, Staff were well informed. Replied to emails very quickly and answered my queries. The whole experience was professional and reassuring.
The Apartment D201 In Dinistia was just as described. The advert for it needs to state that the spa bath DOES NOT WORK, AND HAS NOT FOR SOMETIME. (PLEASE AMEND THIS). The cafe around the pool is 2 floors below this apartment, so noise does travel up which you hear when you sit on your balcony. Added to the price of the apartment was a £12 key fee (non refundable), and £15 brer andeakage payment which is refundable. The TV, DVD player and little TV box gizmo did not work, DVD's only played in black and white grainy. We rang and next day the guy came and replaced gizmo box, but TV was defunct. we have disabled children and TV is essential for us. It was an minor inconvenience and a new TV should be in there now. I cant fault the service given by the property managers. yes i will use clickstay again, yes i would stay here again. Inflatables ARE NOT, I REPEAT ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. travelled with hubby and 13 and 14 year old mobile disabled. children.

Apartment D201 Dinastia.
Rented for four adults.
The apartments looked clean and well cared from outside.
We became anxious when we saw the notices on the outside walls stating that short term rentals were forbidden by law at Dinastia.
On entering the apartment we found the safe and attempted to lock our passports and travel documents away. The safe was broken and as a result we had to carry these items around with us for two weeks. The bathrooms were thick with black mould and lime scale. The Jacuzzi bath appeared to have been disconnected and did not work. The bath jets and shower heads were contaminated with black mould. The non slip bath mat was so rotten that it disintegrated in my hands. The bath towels were very thin.
The kitchen was poorly equipped. Only one tea towel was provided for a week. There was no dishwasher. The cutlery was adequate, but we could have used a few more teaspoons (only two were provided). Drinking glasses were an odd assortment with no two the same and included some branded ones that one may find in a bar.
The immersion heater was so small that we could only have two quick showers and then the hot water ran out , it was impossible to wash the dishes after breakfast in that case. There were no serving dishes and no oven proof dishes. There was dried food in between some of the plates sticking them together. Some of the mugs were chipped. There was no fire blanket, smoke alarm or emergency lighting in the kitchen area. The soap dispenser for the washing machine was thick with black mould. There were several instruction booklets for a washing machine, unfortunately none of them referred to the machine in the apartment. The clothes were very wet when the cycle finished and took ages to dry on the patio.
The sitting room was very dusty, no WiFI as stated but the signal from the internet cafe suggested is very weak and only receivable in the bedroom, intermittent poor reception from the TV. To operate the DVD it was necessary to unplug and replug the cables at the rear of the television. We fixed this by purchasing the correct cable for the DVD and have left this connected for the owner. The furniture was very tired, and when I moved one of the dining chairs the back came to pieces in my hands.
In the bedrooms the sheets were thin and “tired”. The pillows solid lumps.
The balcony was a fabulous size and we could see over the pool and the town. Sadly we couldn’t spend very much time out there as the next door neighbour one floor below us kept a dog on their balcony. The smell of dog excrement was present until about 2pm in the afternoon when the occupant of the flat finally cleaned up the piles of excrement.
This is a super sized apartment in an excellent resort. It appears to have been badly neglected. The person who came to change the linen seemed disinterested when we raised these issues with him. As property owners and short-term landlords in the USA, Spain and South Africa, we would have been ashamed to present one of our properties to a guest in this state.

Notes for owner of property.
Property was excellent however it may be in your interest to check attend to the following:
When the kettle has been boiled and left with some water in it, the kettle re boils the water everytime it reaches a certain temperature. Needless to say this is dangerous and expensive on electricity. The door to the balcony has no safety marking and is therefore very easy to walk into as it is clear glass. I would prefer if the towels were changed during the week. This lets down an otherwise excellent apartment

it had every thing we needed,nice veiwover the pool,a very good pool bar and restraunt, meals were very resonable priced and good value.only problem children not allowed lielows in pool.asked for two gate keys only one left. I dealt sarah with my booking and she could not have been any more help with any problems, many thanks,

we were thoroughly delighted with our apartment in tenerife- we opened the door to a vast apartment and found everything to be clean and in working order (saying that, the only tiny tiny disappointent was that the jaccuzi bath wasnt working but it was still a huge lovely bath :-))
