This lovely bed apartment offers quality accommodation within a select area in Los Cristianos. The complex of EL Mirador is a brand new complex with lovely views over Los Cristianos to the sea.
Like the complex, the apartment is brand new with a fresh and sparkling feel. It benefits from a larger than average sunny balcony with lovely sea views over Los Cristianos. However, it's get's even better than that! The balcony has a spiral staircase which leads to the even bigger private roof terrace with stunning panoramic views and of course all day sunshine!!
The Living room has a sofa bed, armchair, satellite TV, and patio doors leading to the large balcony. Whilst you sit in your armchair you can still be admiring the views!
The balcony and roof terrace has sunbeds, a patio table and 4 chairs and of course those lovely views out over Los Cristianos!
The kitchen is fresh and full equipped. The bedroom has a huge fitted warbrobe, twin beds and patio doors also leading to the balcony.
The complex has two swimming pools, both are real suntraps and are herefore ideal for sun worshippers. There is an on-site cafe and bar.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. This more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars (including a Sports bar showing all the leading Sporting events), a well stocked supermarket, car hire and excursion shops.
The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at Las Vistas is a 10 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.

Had really good holiday, have stayed in the complex on previous occasions and we know the area very well but the position of this apartment is spot on. There was a problem with the lock on the outside (cage) door which apparently had been reported several times by others tenants, but after contacting the emergency telephone number this was repaired.
Just a few suggestions:
1. A washing line on the roof would be useful for longer stays than 2 week when washing sheets and towels is needed, rather than having them draped around on the balcony.
2. High stools would be useful for eating in the kitchen as eating outside in February after dark is not good.
3. The mattress on the bed near the doors to the balcony is a little lumpy/bumpy maybe time for a new one.
I am familiar with El Mirador complex having stayed here for past 6 years. Area is great in terms of restaurants, bars and proximity to beach.
Unfortunately Larry did not seem to know of my arrival when I called him although he did meet to give me key for apartment
The apartment was clean and tidy, would have benefited from aircon in bedroom. What I think let the apartment down was the quality of the patio furniture - one of the sunbeds on the balcony had spars which were broken and the cushions were burst which was unsightly. The sunbeds on the rooftop terrace were very poor - two non-adjustable plastic sunbeds with no cushions - additionally there was no table/chairs on this terrace which, given the rooftop terrace is highlighted as a feature, was disappointing. Also, the rooftop terrace had not been brushed for our arrival.
However, this did not take away from the benefit of holiday and overall I would recommend the apt and complex.
We have just returned from a brilliant holiday in Tenerife. The apartment was fantastic and the complex very quiet and best of all there was no battling for sun beds every day. This apartment is brilliant if you like peace and quiet but may not suit people who like a more lively pool area. A great location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops very near by. The centre of Los Cristianos is about a 20 minute walk where there are lots of excellent facilities
The instructions on how to get to the apartment were slightly misleading and coulld be better. They told us to phone their contact when we arrived at the Airport and they would meet us at the resort and let us into the complex. The Taxi would drop us at the entrance gate at the end of the road at the turning circle, where the person who had the keys to the entrance gate would be to let us in. Firstly, when we phoned from the Airport we were unable to contact the person who would be letting us in. As we knew the complex well, we just got the Taxi to the complex (whilst frequently phoning the number - to no avail!) The Taxi duly dropped us off at the designated gate (at the turning circle) which of course was locked! We stood there in 36C and tried phoning the contact again - still no luck! I then convinced a passing resident to let us in the gate, which they kindly did. After some time, we eventually found the apartment - which was at the other end of the complex from the gate we were told to enter by? The code for the keybox to the apartment was correct, and we finally got in. We phoned the contact again, still no reply! After about 10minutes, my phone rang, and it was the "elusive" contact. He had no idea who I was, or what complex we were at? After I enlightened him, he just said oh!.....no apologies or anything? We discovered afterwards, that the best gate to enter the complex for access to the apartment is the FIRST one on the left, right at the start of the street - not the end of the street!
The aprtment was clean and tidy, and had an excellent welcome pack in the fridge......which was much appreciated! The clothes closets in the bedroom had loads of hangers, so, no problem getting ALL our clothes hung up. The location and amenities of this apartment are really good, and only negative point is that the patio equipment, chairs, loungers etc. were slightly "tired" but still fully usable! The roof terrace is also excellent, but is much to hot throughout the daytime to use (would be excellent in winter time) Again, there were only 2 really basic loungers there? so not much good for relaxing. (Table and Chairs with large Parasol would be better?) We would stay there again no problem! and would reccomend to anyone.
on arrival, the man on the ground didn't actually show us to which Apt it was, he just let us into the grounds, and pointed us in a general direction, we were left to find it on our own, but that's wasn't really a problem for us, just has to be said. please note as this is a top floor apt, and there are many steps to negotiate with baggage, but we can say the complex was just what we wanted as it is residential, it was very quiet. overall the apt, is in a good safe complex with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby and only about a 10-15 min walk into town. a word of advice would be if you have late night flights home I would suggest booking a extra night than needed, this way you can leave whenever you want, as it is residential and there is no reception for leaving bags on day of your departure. overall a great apartment though, will be going back.
