Situated in the Lago Sol area of the Orihuela Costa, 7km outside of Torrevieja, this is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment sleeping 5 people and is situated on the Dream Hills 2 urbanisation with the use of 2 communal pools, air conditioning (heating and cooling) and is on a south facing corner plot with garden and terrace. Within walking distance are 2 commercial centres with a wide variety of places to eat or have a drink. The supermarket, which has brilliant bargains is also within walking distance.
The urbanisation is serviced by an hourly bus route,which includes Playa Flamenca and La Zenia among its destinations.
The town of Torrevieja is a short drive and offers a wide range of leisure and amenities (sports centre, gymnasium, marina, diving schools, etc) as well as big supermarkets, medical centres, a wide range of restaurants with Mediterranean and international cuisine, bars, etc and a lively night life.
Within a 10 minute drive, you will reach the best beaches of Orihuela Costa: Punta Prima, Flamenca beach or La Zenia are some of them. Also, Guardamar beaches, with lovely dunes and pristine water for nautical sports.
If your preference is golf, several courses are located round the residential and can be reached in 10 minutes: Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are perfect courses open all year round. Another golf course is planned to be built near to the apartment called Parquelagos Golf.
There are plenty of local amenities including a supermarket, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops etc, all within walking distance. You can enjoy a drink by the sea at the shore side Bar Nautilus at the Punta Prima coast. There is an Indian restaurant and two Chinese restaurants close to the Punta Prima roundabout. Or walk a little further, up to the Flamenca Beach commercial centre, to find many more bars and restaurants including Thai, English and Italian.
For a great family day out you can visit the Terramitica theme park, on the outskirts of Benidorm just an hours drive to the North.
Visit the theraputic mud lakes at San Pedro de Pinatar, which is a fun, free day out. Have a walk on the coastal route from La Zenia to Cabo Roig, visit the lovely village of Guardalest lying in the mountains inland about 25km from Benidorm or have a day on the Isla de Tabarca, a 40 minute ferry ride from Torrevieja.
This area has good connections via national road and motorway with the El Altet Airport and Alicante city, capital of the province, which offers you all that you would expect from a cosmopolitan city.
The Torrevieja area is easily accessible, being just 29 Miles south of Alicante Airport and 15 Miles North of Murcia Airport (roughly!) on the Costa Blanca. These two major international airports (El Altet in Alicante, 30 minutes away and San Javier in Murcia, 15 minutes away).

Hola villa renters We have not long returned from a 16 day holiday at this apartment. FANTASTIC - we are not new to the area but we are new comers to this property. The pictures and details are true to facts - only picture that is not is the front view of the property, in fact we had a lovely surprise that in fact you are on a corner plot which is a lot more spacious in the front garden. Parking no problem you park right in front of the property. Garry is the agent there and lives a few doors up, very helpful and also rents cars, he collects you from the airport which is a relief after the travel as you avoid having to find the apartment. Louise the owner is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. We had a fantastic time here and would not think twice in going back. There is an Aldi right at the bottom of the road for all your food, remember shops are closed on Sunday but in the month of July and August the bigger supermarkets have been opening. Top of the road there are bars and restaurants too (up the BIG hill) Everything you could possibly need is already at this apartment so book it up and have some summer fun
Really great apartment and extremely good value for money. The owners are extremely helpful with very good communication and leave some excellent information regarding the local area in the apartment. The apartment has everything needed to make your stay very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.

My husband and I spent 4 months nov - March and had a great time, apartment has everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay, Is in walking distance of Bars and some Restaurants and only short drive to Beaches.
