Overview

The apartment is in a quiet established area with shops, bars and reataurants a few minutes walk away. A wider choice of nightlife can be found at Punta Prima which is 5 minutes drive away (or plenty of local taxis).

Numerous becahes are in the vicinity, with the closest being a less than 10 minute drive.

Torrrevieja town and seafront is a 15 minute drive away.

A hire car is recommended (and inexpensive, from approx £100 per week). There is a bus service available.



Apartment
The apartment is well equiped and was newly built in 2006. There is a large private roof terrace with table and chairs, loungers and barbecue as well as a balcony.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 twin &1 double) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There are seperate coin operated air-con units in the lounge and master bedroom.

There are two secure communal pools to use, the closest being just around the corner from the apartment.

There is a childrens play area next to the pool.



Cleaning Charge
Please note that a cleaning charge is payable locally. This is €50 for up to 4 guests and €55 for 5 or 6 guests. This is to be left in the apartment on departure.

Weve just returned from holiday (July 2008). We had our 16 year old daughter and one of her friends. The apartment was as described on the web page. It was very good value for money. It contained everything that we needed. There was a problem with the satellite TV, but we contacted Craig and he quickly arranged for it to be fixed. The only improvement that I think is needed is that there should be air conditioning in both of the bedrooms. The bedroom without it was really hot. Having access to the swimming pools on the complex was really useful. Ideally we would have liked a couple of Spanish restaurants within walking distance. There are places nearby, but they seem to be aimed at the ex-pat community. Torrevieja would never be described as picturesque, but it was interesting. You will need a car staying here. Overall we all had a very enjoyable holiday.

GOOD CLEAN APARTMENT NEAR TO BARS AND RESTUARANTS. PEOPLE LIVE NEARBY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. IF YOU HIRE A CAR THE AP-7 MOTORWAY IS NEARBY. I FOUND TO GET TO TO BENIDORM IN LESS THAN A HOUR AND A HALF. ALSO THE BEACHES ARE VERY CLOSE BY. I RECOMMEND LA ZENIA BEACH ON THE COASTAL ROAD SOUTH. WE HAD A BRILLIANT TIME.

The only thing we thought could have been better was the heating It gets a bit cold at night during the winter months.There was some heating in the living area but not very warm

We have now fitted an additional heater in the apartment and provided additonal bedding and rugs for those staying in the winter months.

The property was in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Torreveija. The pools are great just round the corner a real bonus. The shops are just by the pools and they are very friendly and helpful. The beaches are clean very family friendly. The appartment has everything you would need and the roof solarium is great for evening meals. There is lots to do in the area and the appartment has all the information you may need. I would definately use this again.

We’ve just got back from a weeks stay in this apartment. Really impressed, the apartment is brand new, very spacious and really well equipped with good quality furnishings and decor, it was very clean and tidy when we got there. The owners provided good directions and left a good comprehensive information pack. Everything about the apartment and area was just as described. The location was excellent, just right for us. Very quiet in the evenings. The nearest restaurants, convenience store and bars are only a 5-minute walk away, and they put on some entertainment in the evening (quizzes, karaoke, singers). English spoken everywhere locally. Not really necessary to have a car, although the nearest supermarkets are too far to comfortably walk (15 mins), though only 5 mins by car. The nearest beach is also a 10-minute drive away The area is mostly residential; many friendly British people live around living permanently. 2 decent pools close by – only a minutes walk, only for residents use, so never got overcrowded, even though we went in school holiday time we always got a shady spot. Overall we had a great time, the sun terrace is a real bonus, and it’s got air conditioning, which really is a must in the summer. We have 2 young children; it was absolutely perfect for us. If you were looking for a ‘all night raves and nightclubs’ type of place, this probably wouldn’t suit, but for a quiet family holiday, it was just right. The town is only a short drive or bus/cab ride away, lots of good late night bars and restaurants there. Plenty to do around the local area (markets, water park, water sports, go-carts) but you would need car to get out and about. Easy to get to from the airports Good value for money, we would recommend to anyone, we would definitely go back.
