Two bedroom apartment, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), large living room (free WiFi, satellite TV, DVD) With separate private terrace and garden overlooking the sea. You will have for your own this marvelous area with private barbecue and sun loungers.
Located in a farm in the Matanza of Acentejo dedicated to the cultivation of avocado with wonderful direct views to the sea, it has a communal swimming pool (10 x 4 m) heated in winter up to 24º, with barbecue and outside communal living area.
The communal pool has wonderful views to the sea, there is also a barbecue area and lounge chairs for the guests staying in the apartments.
Car is advisable.
From La Matanza, the views to the north face of the Island are spectacular. But beyond that, this locality contains a lot of natural values and a history linked to some of the most dramatic episodes of the conquest of Tenerife that is worth knowing.
Nowadays the landscape of the coast of La Matanza is sprinkled by some housing estates that coexist with the wineries in which to taste the excellent wine of the zone. Towards the summit there is a recreational area, La Vica, perfect for a picnic or an excursion with family and friends.
