A lovely first floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the quiet area of Lomas del Golf near Villamartin. An ideal base for couple and small families alike.

Situated in the Lomas del Golf area of Villamartin this light and open apartment offers a sunshine holiday within walking distance of the famous Villamartin Plaza, well know for restaurants and bars to suit every pocket.

It lies 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, and 20 minutes from San Javier. Within a five minute drive is La Zenia Boulevard, an atmospheric mecca for shoppers, and another five minutes further the beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig.

Situated on the first floor the lounge leads onto a south-facing balcony, a veritable sun-trap with table and chairs for al fresco dining, whilst additionally a window in the lounge also provides a view of the swimming pool; useful for keeping an eye on the kids.

To the rear of the property is open countryside looking towards San Miguel de Salinas and the mountains beyond.

This apartment contains everything needed for a rewarding holiday in the sun.

There are two bedrooms (one a twin, the other a double) a fully stocked kitchen, a recently upgraded bathroom and lounge, tastefully decorated.

British television is provided free of charge.

Air conditioning is fitted in the living room.

Visitors also have complimentary use of a grass-surrounded swimming pool across the road.

Both bedrooms contain spacious built-in wardrobes.

With the Villamartin stables located just a few metres away this would be an ideal holiday location for horse lovers.

Three world-class golf courses are also on the doorstep, as well as the theatre and event scene in Torrevieja.

The vibrant town of Torrevieja is a short distance away, Alicante about an hours drive, Benidorm slightly further, and the cultural icons that are Granada and Valencia, home of Paella, about a three hour drive.

A nice apartment ideal for couples and small families in a quiet location.

The apartment was of a good standard, clean & everything worked efficiently throughout our stay. Ideal for a family of 4. If I was being picky, the pools and areas surrounding them, need upgraded, as they are aged and potentially dangerous in parts. Communication with Clickstay was good.
