House overview - owner's description

The exteriors are very beautiful thanks to the views and the charm of the gardens. It has a chlorinated high pool of 4.5 m with a uniform depth of 1.20 m, a terrace with four deck-chairs, a barbecue and a furnished porch of 60 m2, where you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.

This 90 m2 house, distributed over one floor, has two bedrooms (one double-bedded and one twin-bedded), equipped with wardrobes and a fan each. A cot is available if needed. There is a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house.

The living-dining room and the fitted kitchen are very welcoming. In this area you will find a sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, an auxiliary table, satellite TV, a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a gas cooker and all utensils for you to cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Llubí, a charming town, is located just 3.8 km from the house. There you will find the necessary amenities for your stay.

Just a 20-minute drive, you will reach the beaches of Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and Formentor, characterised by its soft white sand and crystal clear shallow waters, which are ideal for children. There is a wide offer for practising water sports such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. In addition, Port d’Alcúdia has a marina where you can walk around and observe large luxury yachts and a mixture of colourful local fishing boats, and a promenade with beautiful views of the bay and great cafes and restaurants.

We stayed at this lovely house for a week in July. Everything looks exactly as in the pictures. When we arrived, we called the contact number and the owner arrived within ten minutes, showed us the property and gave us the key. The house including bed linens and towels was nice and clean. There was both towels for the bathroom and large pool towels available. The pool is cleaned every second day and there is four sunbeds with cushions. The kitchen is well equipped and we made dinner several nights. The area is very quiet and private. Thanks for a great stay in your lovely house!

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett,das Haus war sehr sauber und zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und Obst aus der Region. Am zweiten Tag gab es Ensaimadas zum Frühstück,gebracht von der Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt zentral als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nun zu den minuspunkten: sehr schwer zu finden,nur mit GPS Daten,kein Schild,kein Hinweis. Die Matratzen sind so hart das man genau so gut auf dem Fußboden schlafen kann,wir waren Anfang September dort,33 Grad und nur 2 Tischventilatoren. Die beiden Sofas sind nicht zu gebrauchen,alt und durchgesessen,unbequem. Nachts ist mit Hundegebell zu rechnen,keine Chance Fenster zu zumachHaus,tischventilatoTischventilator bringen nichts,mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich zu schlafen,Lärm und Moskitos. Es sollte auch gesagt werden,das Haus liegt in einer Flugschneise,von 6 Uhr morgens geht's los mit den Flügen und endet ca.Mitternacht,das musste man wissen bevor man sich entscheidet für das Objekt.

+ This Finca had everything you need. We were suprised by the completeness of the house and kitchen. A room with games to play and a Pingpong table outside was very nice and the Pool was clean. It is a quiet location and when you have a rental car it is a perfect location.
- The road from the mainroad to the finca was very poor.
