The apartment benefits from its own private car parking, its own private garden and shared swimming pool. Leading from the living room is a large terrace with stunning mountain and golf course views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedrooms, also the sofa-bed in the living room the apartment is ideal for large families and groups, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Las Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort is a brand new, superb developing golf resort, which currently has a Supermarket for your convenience. THE GOLF COURSE OPENED ON 1st OCTOBER 2010 and has been described by many as one of the best courses in the area, suitable for all levels of golfers.

Getting around the region is easy by car, as the area has a modern road network connecting all the major towns and cities.

The Costa Calida boasts some of the best beaches in the area and the Mar Menor makes it a popular destination amongst all ages and includes the famous La Manga strip. There are over 44km of beaches on the sides of the Mar Menor and the water is no more than 8m at its deepest point, which makes it warmer than the Mediterranean sea and proves popular with beach lovers. With no tides it makes the Mar Menor an excellent location for all types of water sports as well as an ideal and safe place for children.

Los Alcazares (approximately 10 minutes away by car) is the nearest beach to the resort and is a typical Spanish town with numerous bars and restaurants. Along side the beach is a mile long promenade which is ideal for a stroll and for something to eat. There are various, typical beach side cafes where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Mar Menor and La Manga .

Additionally there are also a huge range of Hotels, Casinos, Golf Courses and a Go-Cart track.

Murcia itself is only a 20 minute drive from our apartment. It is a vibrant cosmopolitan city with wonderful architecture, culture, restaurants, bars and shopping centres. A must is a visit to the city's Cathedral with year-round exhibitions.

The historic naval town of Cartagena is within a 25 minute drive and offers traditional museums, restaurants, bars as well as shopping centres and modern leisure facilities. Cruise liners also dock in the busy harbour, where you can relax whilst having something to eat or drink.

There is also a great choice of places to eat within a 2 minute drive of the resort.... Indian Restaurants a plenty, a Grill House, a Sports Bar, a Chinese Buffet Restaurant, a Spanish Restaurant and even a Bowling Alley.

There are also further options in the nearby growing town of Roldan where you will find more bars, restaurants, banks, a chemist, petrol station, supermarket and a medical centre.

With an average daily temperature of 21 degrees celsius / 70 degrees Fahrenheit (over 30 degrees celsius / 86 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer months) and over 320 days of sunshine, the Murcia region offers a lovely climate all year round; ideal for relaxing holidays and golfing holidays alike.

Extra information (The resort is located on the Golf course (our own golf set is available). You can also enjoy a stunning views of mountains. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the beach and the larger resorts such as La Manga Mar Menor, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market and many excellent restaurants for eating out. he region is renowned for its AVERAGE TEMPERATURE of 21 DEGREES and with over 320 DAYS OF SUN PER YEAR you are in the perfect place for enjoyment and leisure. You will also enjoy a very warm welcome from the local Spanish people with fine cuisine, wine, entertainment, many places of interest and local history particularly in the historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena. May, 2013. If you are looking for a place to relax this is the place to be. The place is quiet, really clean, and is complitly furnished.Nothing missing. The attention of the house keeper is really friendly and prepare to be there in every case you have a problem . The apartment is really nice with a good design and comfortable , and with a great views over the golf court.

Review submitted on 19-07-2012 Apartment at la Terrazes Yes the apartment was great!Had everything you wanted. La Terrazes now has a bar and the golf is superb and pools great. We new it was quiet and that you needed a car to get around but there are some great places to go and all with in about 15 mins drive. You can use all sites and would recommend going if you are the sort of people that dont like staying in one place all the time and like to get around. - Sharon, UK.

Hi, let us introduce ourselves. We are a married couple. My husband, Robert Heenan, comes from Scotland and I come from Azerbaijan. We have two children: our son is 18 years old and daughter is 10. We live in Dubai for many years now. My husband works for an Oil company and I am engaged in my interior design and decor business. We really enjoy living in this beautiful country and we also love spending our short vacations in our home in Spain. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful holiday apartment too.
