Villa Falco is a brand new villa refurbished to high quality standards set in Puerto Pollensa´s most exclusive area of Gotmar . The area is set at approx. 9 minutes walk from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and 10-15 minutes walk to center of town. The property has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms that give a large group of friends or family a place they can call home and enjoy all together while in the sun. Brand new fully fitted kitchen that has everything you need for your stay from toasters and kettles to dishwasher and oven. Large lounge area that leads from the main entrance all the way to the kitchen and has 2 direct access points to the terraces and swimming pool. The gardens surround the terraced areas of this property that give you a great feeling while relaxing in the sun.The private swimming pool is set at the back of the property next to the bbq area and sun loungers for the long hot days and warm nights. The villa has a ping pong table with other outdoor games as well as indoor board games for your entertainment.

The optional use of the pool heating will be charged. We will need 5 days notice if you wish to heat the pool. Pool heating temperature 28º aprox. Please ask for more information.

NEW GYM SEASON 2024. this winter we will be working on the new gym and preparing it so you can enjoy a workout whilst on holiday and store your bicycles if needed. Please inquire if you have any questions.

Changeover day: Saturday in high season ( 19th May - 22nd September )
Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
Please note: Engaged with local incentives to lower energy savings all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.
