Apartment overview - owner's description

Luxe Loft Las Canteras with Roof share Terrace is a renovated property located just 30 seconds from the famous Playa de Las Canteras beach in Gran Canaria. The Luxe Canteras apartment is so well located because it is just seconds from all the facilities: the beach, a wide variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, and a shopping centre.

The Luxe Canteras Apartments has one bedroom, roof shared terrace with stunning sea views and outdoor furnishing, solarium, living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and balcony .

Las Canteras Beach is one of the most important city beaches in Spain, awarded with several national and international quality certificates, among them, the Q for Tourist Quality.

Las Canteras Beach extends from La Puntilla to the Alfredo Kraus Concert Hall, a three-kilometre walk where different areas, each one with its own characteristics, can be enjoyed: La Cícer (a surfing paradise), Peña La Vieja (with a rocky area full of sea life), Playa Chica and Muro Marrero (the most familiar area), Playa Grande (the birthplace of tourism in the Canaries), and La Puntilla (local fishermen's spot).

La Barra, a natural reef that goes parallel to half the beach and at only 200m from the shore, is a natural water breaker and also serves as a natural shelter for swimmers and other beach users.

Walking along the fine golden sand of Las Canteras when the tide is low, and during sunset is an unforgettable experience that cannot be missed.

The country estate La Crucita spreads over a surface area of 7,500 square metres and is situated in the village of Haría, in the north of Lanzarote.Finca La Crucita is surrounded by over 50 palm trees, the majority of which are over one hundred years old, and it is set in a valley in which thousands of these species thrive.

The Finca la Crucita estate boasts 8 Luxury Rural Villas Complex, each one different from the other, and they are fully equipped, whereby one of them is the main house , and has a surface area of over 300 square metres.
Each one bears the name of a village in the municipality Haría, the main one, Yé, Máguez, Órzola, Tabayesco, Arrieta, Mala y Guinate.

The estate and the villas have been designed for the disabled , free of obstacles and architectural barriers. Apart from the houses and open spaces at La Crucita, there is a garden area containing some twenty palm trees and an area for playing the traditional Canarian bowling game (petanca).
Building Style

The building style of the houses on La Crucita finds its inspiration in the traditional architecture of Lanzarote. The chimneys- up to 8 different ones-, the earthenware and wooden floors blend together with a generous use of carpintery in the ceilings, doors, windows and floors.

Finca la Crucita situation
The municipality of Haría extends over the north of Lanzarote, and it is here that the highest mountains above sea level are to be found. It is noted for its fertility, as is in particular the valley of Haría, where Finca La Crucita is situated.

Away from touristic development, Haría reveals itself as as an oasis amongst the general tone of aridity which is so characteristic of the rest of the island. For this reason it is known for its Valley of Ten Thousand Palm Trees, due to the presence of these species, many of which are over a hundred years old. Procedures have been undertaken to delar e the old town centre as a Historic and Artistic Site.
