In terms of leisure activities, 3 km from the golf course "Las Palmeras Golf", we can visit beautiful villages such as "Arucas" which is 14 km away, 22 km from the city "Teror", 25 km from the airport "Gran Canaria Airport", 57 km from the amusement park "Holidayworld Maspalomas", 58 km from the water park "Aqualand", 62 km from the sandy beach "Playa del Inglés" and it is located in an ideal area for families and in the city centre.

The flat is located next to one of the most emblematic parks of the city: Santa Catalina Park, an example of street life.
