A mid three-bedroom town house with communal pool and garden in the beautiful Orihuela Costa region of the Costa Blanca in Spain. The accommodation comprises of a lounge / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms which can also be set as double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot is also available for use. There are two bathrooms (one full with shower, bath ,etc and one with toilet and vanity unit). The house has an upper balcony and lower terrace to the rear, facing south and overlooking the communal pool. The front as an upper balcony and a covered porch. The property benefits from ceiling fans in the lounge and in all bedrooms. It also has an alarm system and satellite T.V with a large selection of DVDs. A selection of books and children’s toys are also available. Certain items of baby equipment i.e. bottle steriliser, travel cot, high chair and baby bouncing chair are available for your use. A BBQ is also available for your use. PLEASE NOTE: This property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the very elderly. There is the facility for off road parking.
The house is situated 8 km south of the large fishing town of Torrevieja and is next to the small Spanish village of San Miguel de Salinas, with it’s surrounding lemon and orange groves. It is within five minutes of the four championship golf courses of Las Ramblas, Real Club de Campoamor, Las Collinas and Villamartin and all their amenities, including a sports centre at Real Campoamor. The excellent blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Campoamor are a 5-minute drive away and offer a massive range of beach and water sports. The large and vibrant town of Torrevieja is only 15 minutes away and offers a wide range of activities from a stroll along the lovely wide prom with it’s craft stalls, eating fresh fish in sea front restaurants, museums, cinema and many designer shops. A few miles south is the magnificent Mar Menor or small sea, which is an inland sea and a haven for many birds, including pink flamingos. The waters of the Mar Menor have healing minerals and are used for arthritic and rheumatic conditions and for skin complaints. This area is a very safe place for children to swim.
This is an idea location for relaxing with everything you need on your doorstep or for touring the coastal resorts, countryside or the wonderful cities of Murcia, Elche and Alicante. Airport transfers can be arranged.
The family spent 5 wonderfull weeks at the villa and had a great time. The villa was very clean on arrival and is really well equiped with everything you need including DVDs books and games. The pool is straight outside the back door so you do need to pack anything just put on your swimmimg gear and off you go. The pool never got really busy and it was nice and quite.
The local restraunts are really very good and reasonably priced.
I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a villa in this area.

As a family of 4 Adults & 2 children aged 3yrs and 4months we found the accomodation first rate. The porperty was perfect for our holiday,the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable & as we had a baby with us the fact that there was a travel cot, sterilizer, baby chair and high chair available for use certainly made life very easy, There was ample entertainment in the way of books, dvds etc should they have been needed but a lot of time was spent watching Grandad teaching his 3 yr old Grand-daughter to swim in the pool rightoutside the property. The location was also very good, a very short walk takes you to bars, cafes, and a 24hr mini market, there are supermarkets a short drive away and it is an easy short drive to the coast. We had a Great time, and will definately go back. I might also add that communication with Michael was first class. My Grand-daughter did not want to leave - in her words "a beautiful house". So thank you Michael for helping us have a wonderful holiday.

We found the property very good indeed, loved the pool and found everywhere to be clean/tidy and well maintained. The one recommendation I would make is that the property would benefit from some air conditioning. If the owner would fit some air conditioning then my family would be overjoyed to return.

I would fit air conditioning but the cost of running air conditioning is very expensive. I cannot take the chance that a customer would run the air conditioning unit for 24 hours a day running up a massive electricity bill. If I fitted air conditioning I would either have to increase the rental price by a large amount or I would have to fit a coin operated electricity meter, neither of which I want to do.

we had a fantastic holiday a real home from home, all the locals offered us info and help right from the start and all the local shops were so friendly the key holder christine is an absolute diamond and we will love to go again we had chinese for xmas dinner from the local restaurant excellent thank you

I have owned this property since 2003 and have been renting since 2005. I am constantly trying to improve my service and maintain the property to a very high level. I have never had a complaint regarding the property and have been complimented on the honesty of my advert. The comfort and safety of my guests is paramount to me and I will do everything in my power to ensure a happy, safe and enjoyable stay in my property. I also have never made a claim for breakages or damages as I accept some wear and tear on my property.
