The villa is comprised of a most attractive spacious lounge, and dining room which open onto a beautifully furnished terrace leading down to the pool and garden area with beautiful South-African-style pergola with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. The large lounge - adjoins the lovely dining room which seats 10 people.The state of the art kitchen has every appliance imaginable and there is even a hand built tandoori oven outside. The very large master bedroom has a walk in closet and full en-suite bathroom.
There are 4 further bedrooms - one with king size bed + en-suite, , one with twin beds + en-suite, and a smaller room - possibly more suited for children with single + pull out bed. The 4th bedroom is actually a second lounge / cinema room with substantial double sofa bed.
The villa is tastefully furnished throughout. Las Chapas has long been recognized as one of Marbella's most prestigious suburbs. This lovely urbanisation is only 11 kilometers from the heart of Marbella , very close to Elviria and the beautiful marina and beaches of Puerto Cabopino. It is ideally located for holiday guests wishing to benefit - not only from Marbella and of course - the unforgettable Puerto Banus - but also to enjoy the facilities available in nearby Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and of course our province's capital - Malaga. Las Chapas is an approximate 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport- accessed either by the coastal A7 / N340 or the peaje ( toll road) E15. Las Chapas is mostly comprised of high end luxury villas, and aside from the excellent shops, bars and restaurants nearby - has a truly beautiful beach. Public transport passes by the entrance to the urbanisation. Within a 15 minute drive of our Las Chapas Villa - there are no fewer than 10 world class golf courses. The villa has secure private parking available . There is a 24 hour security with onsite patrols and cars. The Villa is located at Hacienda Las Chapas which has some of the best security available on the Costa Del Sol.
No smoking inside the Villa but outside on the terraces is fine. There is an allowance of €100 a week for electricity which is plenty unless the air conditioning is left on and the doors are open as this generates a very high amount of electric
