Our lovely 1 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps up to 5 and is fully furnished and equipped for self catering. It is set in a beautiful complex with communal gardens, swimming pool, children’s play area, tennis court and football pitch, ornamental lake with waterfall and fountains and close to all amenities.
This modern apartment is situated in one of the most prestigious complexes that you will find anywhere on the Costa Blanca.
When you first enter the complex you are greeted by the beautiful 400 square metre swimming pool which is surrounded by a well manicured grassed area with trees and fixed natural parasols, ideal for sunbathing or taking a siesta in the afternoon.
Further into the complex there are seating areas and a children’s play ground with safety surface.
Even further into the complex and you come to the bridge which spans the ornamental lake with its waterfall and fountain, a quiet area to sit and read or just soak up the sun. Just over the bridge and for the more energetic guest there is a choice of a tennis court or enclosed five-a -side football pitch.
Our apartment is within a secure block which has an audio controlled door entry system.
Our apartment is exceptionally spacious and has been furnished to a good standard. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs with matching furniture in the lounge. A 3 bed settee and armchair provides ample seating for guests and other furnishing includes a coffee table, occasional table with a lamp and a wall unit.
A television with a digital UK TV service is provided which includes the terrestrial channels.
From the lounge, sliding doors lead out onto the south facing sun terrace where a table and 5 chairs provide the perfect vantage point to enjoy the view of the communal gardens and pool, have breakfast in the morning, and dinner and drinks late into the evening.
Back inside, the gallery kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and a microwave. All the necessary equipment required for a full self catering stay. A utility area accessed at the end of the kitchen provides a useful storage area where the washing machine is situated together with the boiler and an additional sink.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps . There are also patio doors that leads out onto the terrace.
The fully tilled bathroom has bath and overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin
All the necessary bedding is provided together with bath and hand towels. This is strictly a “no smoking” apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.
The apartment benefits from air-conditioning and oiled filled radiators for heat during the winter months, and there are ceiling fans in every room plus floor standing fans if needed.
Have just returned from our second stay at this property. Once again we were met at the property within 5 minutes of arriving at the property, which again was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a great holiday. I would thoroughly recommend this property and am in the process of sorting out flights to return next year.

Just returned from a 10 night holiday with my partner and 2 small children. We had a great time and will most defiantly be returning next year. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool & complex were kept immaculate.! We could have easily stayed for another week. Would recommend this apartment to our friends. There is a very small newsagents about a 5 minute walk from Laguna Golf that bakes and sells their own fresh bread and the small strip of bars round the corner are ideal if you dont want to venture too far. Chris was very helpful throughout the booking stage and was at the end of the phone if we needed anything.

Excellent complex and very well maintained. The complex itself is also very secure. The apartment is of a high standard and has all mod cons. There are a number of pubs serving food nearby and a large supermarket about 15 mins walk.
We were looked after very well during our stay.
We would highly recommend these apartments.
