two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, microwave fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster. There are ceiling fans in every room, with air conditioning in the lounge area and main bedroom.
La Zenia is a great location for a beach,golf holiday.You wont need to go anywhere else,as everything you need for a great family holiday in the sun is right here in La Zenia. The new La Zenia Boulevard is now completed,and is only a ten minute walk from the apartment. There are over one hundred new shops,stores,and supermarkets including Primark and a Leroy Merlin are just two.
The apartment is conveniently situated near
to a large supermarket, bars, restaurants,
church, and beaches.
Orihuela Costa Country Club.La Zenia and Playa Capitan beaches are within a ten minute walk from the apartment.

10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja with all its shops, promenades and marinas.
There are four Championship golf courses nearby Villa Martin, Las Rambles, Campoamar and La Finca.Every day a market can be found within a 30 minute drive.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in a great location beside a supermarket. Ten minute walk to large boulevard and beach.
Apartment is very clean and in a safe area. Air conditioning was brilliant to cool down from the hot temperatures.
Ideal for a large family
Wonderful apartment that was perfectly described and exceeded our expectations. Our party was four adults and there was plenty of space both inside and on the balcony and roof terrace for all of us. The swimming pool was excellent and was never over crowded, although this may have been because we went the week after the school holidays finished. The local bars were busy without being too noisy and the newly opened shopping centre is an easy walk away. The owner was easy to contact and gave us all the info we needed for a most enjoyable holiday. Top floor makes access an issue for the elderly, but for anyone who can climb stairs this apartment is well worth a visit.
Great venue for family holiday. All facilities as expected, Swimming pool very clean.
Short walk to beach.
Stayed at the apartment in August 2010 and had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed, including toys and balls left by the owner.
The were six of us, two grandparents, myself and my wife and our two young children 2 and 5 and the apartment was the perfect size.
La Zenia is a lovely place with a wonderful local beach that is very popular with the Spanish and has a great reputation. The beach was about a 10min walk away.
A main supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk and there are a handful of resturants and bars within a 2 minute walk and a more commercial bar area less than 15 minute walk.
Great base to explore nearby towns such as elche and alicante with local buses running inbetween.
Would stay again and recommend.
Very pleasant, clean, well-maintained apartment within 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nice terraza for outdoor meals. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the building and more shopping a short car ride away. Friendly, accommodating owner really enjoyed ourselves.
