LOVELY 2 BED FRONTLINE GOLF APARTMENT WITH VIEWS TO MOUNTAINS AND BEYOND. MANICURED GARDENS WITH POOL, VERY RELAXING HOLIDAY

This is a lovely apartment within a small friendly development within La Sella. It is situated in an idyllic setting surrounded by beautiful gardens with enviable views across the valley to the Montgo National Park.

On site there is the La Sella championship golf course (Jose Olazabal designed), 8 tennis courts with excellent coaching, horse riding, supermarket, pharmacy, and two restaurants.

The 5* Marriott La Sella hotel lays at the bottom of the hill only a few minutes drive.



GENERAL AREA
The Costa Blanca of Spain offers one of the best and most extensive ranges of tourist amenities in the world through the quality of its services, its excellent climate and its cultural richness. The beaches and mountains of the province are a delight to everyone who visits.

The numerous Costa Blanca areas for leisure and entertainment has been further enhanced by the opening of Terra Mitica near Benidorm, one of the most modern and attractive theme parks in Europe.

Places of interest nearby are the towns of Javea, Calpe, Altea. The hilltop village Guadalest is well worth the drive. Take a drive up the beautiful Jalon valley to see the almond trees and orange groves. The city of Valencia or Alicante is just under one hours drive or you can take the train.



DENIA AREA
Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain Denia, the capital of the Marina Alta, is a modern cosmopolitan city offering both tourists and residents a range of services.

Denia owes its current importance to its being the historical city of the region par excellence and is only a ten minute drive, with its tree lined streets, excellent shopping, gourmet restaurants, street cafes, beautiful sandy beach stretching for 7 miles.

The resorts of Javea, Calpe, Altea and Moraira are all within a 20 minute drive. For the children and adventurous you can find the excellent Paramount theme park of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar (sea world), go karting and safari park all within a 30-40minute drive.

Our second stay in this lovely apartment.
Fantastic facilities, comfortable beds, beautifully clean & fresh as we entered.
The front line golf view & the Montgo mountain in the distance are so relaxing it's hard to leave the terrace.
Highly recommended - very helpful owners who go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay & are always on hand if needed.

We had a great stay; the apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious with fantastic views across
the golf course from the spacious terrace balcony.
The pool is steps away and is like having your own personal pool to hand.
We cannot criticise anything & are already returning !
Communication with the owners is effective & easy.
Highly recccomended if you want a rural, peaceful location within easy reach of Denia town with its attractions & great restaurants, & beautiful beaches. Javea is also very close and has an amazing old town with stunning restaurants, a lovely port area & the lively Arenal beach with young & trendy bars & restaurants .

Lovely property in great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only small criticism is that in many years of apartment/villa holidays this is the first time ever we didn't get at least one clean and change of towels and bed linen.

This was the second year we stopped at this apartment, great apartment the five of us were very comfortable. Great views and great pool kids loved it, the location is one of the best in Spain. The owner is great and communication is exceptional two faultless years and hopefully many more to come.

I had a great stay wonderfull view from the ballcony. Went last summer. Warm large pool, perfect size. Got finger stuck in shower door next to the single beds bedroom a few ants they, get attracted to the bin but wonderfull location coming to the same astate this year.

We were very pleased with the overall standard of the property. Also some of th other apartments were empty so we had almost sole use of the pool for our stay. The agent was very courteous and helpful and we feel if we had any issues he would have sorted them for us. We will definitely be using this apartment and the service again.

This apartment is in a quiet area near the beach and mountains. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a children pool area, a garage and outside lighting. Car hire is recommended as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
