This modern and bright apartment of 90m2 can house up to 7 people, friends or family. It contains 4 bedrooms (2 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk bed (2 single beds). The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift) in a beautiful area near Sagrada Familia. San Pau Hospital and Avenida Gaudi are just few steps away. On the Avenida Gaudi you can find many shops and cafes to enjoy a pleasant walk in the morning or afternoon.
The apartment offers 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a bath.
Just round the corner from the apartment you can find Teatre Gaudi Barcelona which hosts many entertaining plays.

The building in which the property is located has many beautiful architectural features.
The building, is the work of renowned architects Raimon Duran i Fisas Reynals and Antoni Planas. Located in the Eixample district, the most central district of the city and full of life with many shops and restaurants and leisure spaces.

The Eixample is a chic and trendy district of Barcelona that is famous for one of Barcelona’s most iconic symbols - the stunning cathedral of La Sagrada Familia. Antoni Gaudí left his unique architectural mark all over the city, but La Sagrada Familia will leave you awestruck thanks to the sheer scale and detail that has gone into this modernist cathedral. From your central location you are within walking distance to Avenida Diagonal and the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. Even though bullfighting has been banned in Barcelona, do not miss a chance to visit La Monumental bullring which is home to a popular market.
No trip to the Catalan Capital is complete without a visit to the chic Paseo de Gràcia, Plaza Catalunya, Plaza de la Universidad and the lively Las Ramblas.
Here you can also visit some of Gaudi´s other masterpieces such as Casa Milà (La Pedrera) and the Casa Batlló, but you also will find the MACBA Modern Art Museum and the Liceu Theatre in the same district.

Check-in:
- check-in between 1pm and 8pm are free of charge
- check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€
- check-in from midnight to 1am has an extra cost of 50€
- check-in with every hour after 1am has +10€ extra cost (example 1:00 - 1:59 check-in = 60€, 2am check-in =70€)
As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at the address in order to avoid delays.

Check-out:
Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €50.
City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.

Security Deposit:

We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).

It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
