This stunning villa is located in the quiet residential area of La Riviera near Lloret de Mar. The sea views from this villa are fabulous!

Very spacious villa of 350m2, with large terrace around the pool in the fenced garden. Design kitchen. Various balconies.

At ground level there are 3 double bedrooms with skylight windows and one bathroom. Also a kitchen and spacious TV/Play area for the children with a 51 inch TV with 5.1 dolby surround system and a multimedia hard disc with aprox. 300 movies (mostly in English) with a large selection of children (Disney) movies, action, thrillers, comedies, etc.
The villa also has Chromecast which serves as a mediastreaming device. Via an hdmi cable you can connect your laptop/telephone to the TV and stream your favourite apps, movies,...

On the first floor you will find the living room and open kitchen, both with direct access to the terrace and large private pool with sun beds. Separate wash room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, freezer and second fridge. Summer kitchen and a "Kamado Joe" BBQ. On the second floor is the fabulous master bedroom with amazing view over the Mediterranean, 2 more double bedrooms with balcony. 2 large bathrooms with bath tub and separate shower.

The beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles is at 4km and has a small harbor, good restaurant, showers and beach activities. Supermarkets and center of town are also all reachable within a 10-min drive.

*Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.

* The exterior jacuzzi pictured on some pictures is not in use, and it is not included in the rental
* In low season and Christmas period, there is an additional cost of 300€/week for energy and heating costs.
