We really like this complex and the bungalows. They have plenty of space and privacy and are away from the noise and bustle of the main part of the resort. This bungalow was nicely presented, in good order with everything we needed for a peaceful break. The owner gave detailed directions and was flexible with our departure time as no guests had booked to stay following us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

The villa is in a great location. Very well equipped, clean. Our holiday was great. Cana€™t really fault anything. Although the pool was cold in November but other than that everything was great. Will be staying there again I am sure.

About La Oliva

Villas in La Oliva

La Oliva is a town and district in northern Fuerteventura, in the Las Palmas province, 30 minutes from the airport. Known for its rustic beauty, this region is an excellent base to explore the island’s rich history, upscale resorts and exotic flora and fauna. Discover its pristine beaches, untouched white sand coastline and glistening azure waters. Taste the delicious local cuisine at the sprinkling of restaurants and atmospheric bars dotted around the area.

If you can break away from the sun, sea and sand, La Oliva’s town centre contains many historic gems that are well worth a visit. The town’s jewel is the bell tower of the 18th Century Roman Catholic church Our Lady of Candelaria, with its palm tree border contrasting with the whitewashed walls and traditional brown bricks. The nearby House of the Colonels is the longest preserved home in the Canaries and also stands out for its remarkable architecture.

The perfect blend of modern and traditional, La Oliva offers something for all ages, keeping you entertained from dusk till dawn. Try your hand at water sports, let your hair down on the sun-drenched beaches, embark on mountain bike adventures, or enjoy a day of island-hopping to the nearby resorts of Lanzarote and Lobos. Experience a traditional way of life in Corralejo Old Town and its authentic Canarian bars, or party the night away with the friendly locals in the new town with its many shops and small-scale restaurants and venues. Explore the natural wonders of Corralejo Natural Park, 10 minutes from Corralejo town. Renowned for its long coastal strip of otherworldly sandy beaches, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy Fuerteventura’s desert landscape.

El Cotillo fishing village on the island’s northern coast offers a slower pace of life away from the bustle of street sellers and overcrowded tourist shops. Its idyllic beaches of La Concha, Los Lagos and El Cotillo beach itself, are perfect for families with small children, with excellent conditions for surfing and kite-boarding.
