A very nice apartment which allowed us to explore the busy parts of the Benidorm area but also gave us the opportunity to enjoy the peace of the garden and the pool. Benidorm was not what we expected. Philip, one of the owners, advised us on which areas to visit and it was delightful to swim in the Mediterranean in the early morning and to enjoy the cafes in the town. Both owners, Caroline and Philip, were very helpful and friendly and came to our assistance when we experienced problems with our car. However, please be aware that there is a steep incline from street level to the drive and a low car can catch on the drive. If in doubt, please take advice from Philip before entering the drive so as not to damage the car. Normal saloons, hatchbacks and 4 wheel drive cars will have no problem with the drive. Overall, a lovely stay with caring owners and the added surprise of Benidorm being most enjoyable.

Ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday very close to all ammenities. One euro on bus to Benidorm. The villa and the gardens are beautiful.
We stayed here from the 27th October 2012 for a week, 4 adults and 1 child and we couldnt have been happier. We were fortunate with the weather so the bbq area was used and enjoyed immensely. The supermarket in easy 5 min walking distance was very useful and having a car meant the location was ideal to visit the beautiful surrounding villages of Alfaz & Albir with Benidorm being 15 mins away too. The villa had everything we could need & more, great attention has been given to make visitors stay the best as possible. Excellent value for money & we intend to return in the warmer weather to take advantage of the beautiful pool area. Phil & Caroline are very welcomming and on hand with any local recommendations, extremely friendly people who do not encroach on your holiday in their home :)
we have just returned from phil and carolines lovely villa, a lovely helpfull couple, they were there if you needed anything, but still allowed all the privacy you needed, such a lovely place to stay, we could not fault it one bit, thanks so much , tc phil and caroline
Review submitted by Sue and Juan, Watford, UK(Los Arcos guestbook August 2009)We have been going to Spain for over thirty years and I have to say this was the most relaxing holiday we have had - from the apartment itself, the beautiful gardens with fruit trees, and the bbq area, and of course the pool itself could not be faulted. I have to admit the first few days there I didn’t want to move from the poolside it was so peaceful just to unwind and chill. My husband would sit in the shade under the walnut tree, and the youngsters went off to Benidorm , heaven!! It was different having the owners on site but Caroline and Phil were a lovely couple. They gave you your privacy or were there if needed and we enjoyed a glass of wine with them on our last night...... I would and already have recommended this place to family and friends and would like to say thank you to Caroline and Phil for sharing this lovely home and hope to see you next year!
caroline and phil were there if we had any problems, full of information of places to go. Had a vast libary of books to read wihlst lounging around the pool. Unfortunality we were unable to use the pool as it had a leak not only that the water was too cold. The villa is very quiet away from the main road, but only 2 minutes from the supermarket and the bus stop. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, had sunshine all day long.(had to move into another area of the garden). the kitchen was very well equipt (not that we used it much, as very cheap to eat out) Had a wonderful 9 week stay. only one down side you really need a car to get out and about and to enjoy the nightlife.(can't have everything peace and quite and nightlife) overall excellent
Review submitted by Lorraine and Jim, Shropshire, UK(Los Arcos guestbook 2 March 2007)"Thank you Caroline and Philip for the use of your lovely home. Benidorm is a wonderful holiday centre for people of all ages and tastes. It is quite an experience walking along the sea front with 3 million wrinklies of various nationalities."

Thanks!! PS.For all visitors, must enjoy the BBQ and the waterfalls!!"

Review submitted by John and Eileen, Lincolnshire, UK(Los Arcos guestbook 15 July 2006)"Had a really great holiday. The villa and pool fantastic, and the garden beautiful - only complaint the figs weren't ready to eat!! Thanks Phil and Caroline you were great hosts. Had a really excellent meal in Altea "L'auret d'Altea."
Review submitted by Silvia and Willy, Switzerland(Los Arcos guestbook 15 July 2006)"Beautiful holiday again! Caroline and Phil we thank you for all and we enjoy to be here again next year."
Review submitted by Doug and Margaret, Isel of Man, UK(Los Arcos guestbook 29 April 2006)"Everything we could wish for is here or close by and again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - even the snooker! The wind died down eventually (we have plenty of that at home!) but it was always warm - just like the welcome. Hope to see you again - hasta la vista!"
