The apartment is located on the second floor, air-conditioned, fully equipped with the access to the wireless Internet and a Smart TV.
It has a living room with a bed-settee, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. There are 2 lifts in the building and an access for the disabled.
The apartment has a terrace with the view at the swimming pool, pine wood and sea. The roof terrace offers a panoramic and outstanding view over the sea, beaches, salt lakes and area.
All amenities in a walking distance.
Linen and towels are provided (towels not to be used for swimming or beach).
Beach towels are provided.

Breakfast pack charged at 10€ will feed from 1-4 persons
Included in this pack: Sliced bread, 1lt Milk, 1lt Water, 1 lt Orange Juice, Butter, Tea, Instant Coffee, Jam & Biscuits.
A larger pack contains all of the above with the addition of: Bottle of local red & White wine, 6 cans beer, 1lt of Orangeade & Lemonade, Cornflakes, & Ham & 6 eggs. This is priced at 20€
Anything can be changed within the packs. Please inform in case of being interested.
A supplement of 10€ is made for guests arriving after 11pm & departing before 6am.
