The Mediterranean Sea is the first thing you see when you open the front door of this fully furnished and tastefully decorated apartment. In front of you is a comfortable sitting and dining room that opens onto a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Comfortable stylish sitting & dining room area opens onto a south-facing balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The spacious master bedroom has a wall closet and a built-in vanity/sink and opens to a huge Spanish-style 40 sq. m terrace that boasts 270° views of the sea and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, etc. The second bedroom with two twin beds also offers fabulous sea views. The full bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink, cabinets and shelves, toilet, bidet and a washing machine.
Floors of polished marble throughout the apartment, tiled kitchen and bath, granite counters and skylight in the kitchen, climate control and ceiling fans with remote, direct water heating, all add to your comfort and enjoyment.
Other features include: 32” full HD 3D satellite TV, home theater system with 3D surround sound, wi-fi internet, intercom, mosquito net, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, built-in safe, books, games, outdoor BBQ grill, pergola and more. Bed linens and towels are provided. Some traffic noise can be heard on the terrace. The apartment is on the top floor of a three storey building.

There're two fabulous restaurants (Swings and Menora) west of the apartment toward Gibraltar within 10-15 min walk, a supermarket further down about 3/4 mi, and a convenience store 300 m from the apartment on the same side of the road in the opposite direction at the Shell gas station. There's a new restaurant about the same distance that has just opened up on the same side of the road but I don't know how good it is. You will find some info on local attractions on the coffee table.

The Community and Surrounding Area
With manicured tropical gardens and three swimming pools, Bahia Doncella comprises apartments and town houses of excellent quality construction in the traditional Andalusian style «pueblo blanco». Floors of polished marble throughout the apartment, tiled kitchen and bath, granite counters and skylight in the kitchen, direct water heating, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, all add to your comfort and enjoyment. Assigned parking space is available.

This is a quiet, beachfront community, convenient to the new highway, 40 min. drive from the Malaga airport and only 20 min. drive to Marbella or Gibraltar. There are several great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A few minutes drive away is the Puerto Deportivo (Marina) of Estepona and two kilometers away, the charming historic downtown Estepona where you can enjoy exquisite dining, shops, and nightlife. Other activities in the area include: golf, sailing, windsurfing, horse riding, safari, nature parks, deep-sea fishing, dolphin viewing, museums, historic sites, etc.There are several great restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Two five-star hotels, featuring health spas, shops, restaurants, white sandy beaches with lounges and umbrellas, and much more, are also within walking distance from the apartment. Other activities in the area include: golf, sailing, deep-sea fishing, windsurfing, dolphin watching, horse riding, safari, nature parks, museums, historic sites, etc.

The apartment was attractive, spacious and very well kept. It was lovely to have two terraces. In the morning we had breakfast in the front, where we could see the sea and in the evenings we relaxed on the back terrace with a view of the mountains. The apartment was extremely well stocked with tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, books, games to mention but a few and also all of the necessary tools and equipment. It looked out onto well kept gardens, pool and sea. We were approximately 2 km from Estepona and were glad of having a car. The beach nearby was a little bit stony but fine for lying out on. We stayed in April so the price was very reasonable and the weather just right at about 22 degrees.

we were looking for a cottage at short notice for my wife and I and 2 grandparents,one of which would have difficulty making stairs and aukward obstacles the like.Having chosen Villa Solisa I can say all our worries were dispelled. I particularly liked the fact that we were not bothered during our stay by owners popping in, disturbing us, though we were a little concerned on arrival when following our phone call twice inorder that we would gain entry to the property I guessed successfully where the keys were. Especially as the agents didnt ring me back for another two hours. HE WAS PARTICULARLY ANGRY THAT THE OWNER HAD FAILED TO NOTIFY ME OF THE KEYS WHEREABOUTS. That and the fact that we seemed to be without a bottle opener and can opener, were the only problems found.Property was clean and well equiped appart from the items mentioned.
Must state that the stairs were a bit steep.

A very well appointed appartment and very fully equipped; everything was very clean, all of which led to a comfortable stay. The view from the lounge window, of the garden and the sea, is most attractive.
Although there are no shops or restaurants that can be reached on foot, Estepona is only a very easy 3km drive away.
Estepona is quite an attractive town with numerous shops and cafes. The marina and port are great areas for relaxation.
On the whole, a very enjoyable experience.

The property is very nice in interior although it could do with some attention to details that have not been looked after for a while. It is nice to be somewhere in the hub of Estepona where you are surrounded by spanish families and a little away from the tourist block.
The gardener and his wife look out and after you if you have any problems, they do a wonderful job.
You will be needing a car as the road the appartment is on is very busy and walking along it to anywhere is potentially dangerous. The beach is stony although great fishing can be had from it. If it is hot there is a need for extra fans as there is no air con. Noise levels from road can be intrusive if you are a light sleeper. Else a very nice spot.

we would like to say what a great time we had at your apartment ,the photo's do not give it justice,everything you need and more. The pool fab and compliments to miguel and his wife for keeping the grounds pristine.we respect the place we were staying in as our own .julie is well impressed as its nice to hear her repeating it so many times to family and freinds. It makes a nice change ha ha ! truly made her week an everlasting one to remember.we visited gibraltar great veiws and history and them monkeys .also visited mijas lovely place drove up the longest way' up the other side of mountain and down to it .nerja was nice to visit as we had been there 6yrs ago and seen some changes.Though the stress's of driving left hand side and the opposite side of the road and missing turns and ending up the wrong way .we had to laugh some times and those toll roads i think i have bought my own piece of tar mac".but looking back an experience to remeber and to end our days out' relaxing in privacy and lovely surroundings. All though a little isolated , I would advise car hire to any one .to fully apreciate the true potential your apartment has to offer with regards to food supplies restraunts and other places to adventure..we will highly reccomend this apartment to everyone . ' holidays' are what you make out of them, and this place is a great start.may i make a suggestion as an extra option with additional cost..that it would be a nice touch if may be you could organise some milk .a few beers and a bottle of wine in fridge as a welcome pack .as we arrived 11pm and no idea of ameinities , all the best boris thanks for the privelidge colin & julie

We were very reluctant as this was our first visit to Spain and our first ever self-catering holiday and we absolutely loved it. We had the beach and pool all to ourselves, the weather was fantastic and the apartment had everything we needed and more (i.e. toys and books for Josh). There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around and the "playground" at the beachfront is fantastic. We will definitely contact you again to visit Estepona. Many thanks, Sean, Petra and Josh
