A huge studio apartment, more like a loft set in greenery, 200 square meters, with fantastic views of the garden and the sea.

Holidaying in our lovely villa will be a charming experience.
We love our garden and are always trying to improve it. You’ll have full use of it during your stay. Having breakfast outside looking at the sea, sunbathing in a totally secluded area, listening to the many birds..... The studio, and I call it like that for lack of other words, is absolutely huge, more than 180 square meters, and has everything you may need during your stay. Bed linen, tea towels and towels are changed weekly. The kitchen is fully equipped and large. The bathroom has two sinks and is also quite big. In fact the whole place is so spacious that it has to be seen to truly appreciate the space and how light and happy it is. You can gaze at the Marina of Estepona and the sea from the patio which is conveniently situated right in front of the kitchen. The weather permits eating outside during a great part of the year. The space inside is extremely light and happy.
There is Spanish TV (all channels as well as satellite TV which allows you to watch all German channels and all French channels (TNT included) as well as many news channels in many languages (including English)

The town of Estepona....
Is a very old little town, dating from the Greeks, built right on the beach, with a beautiful long promenade which I love because of its fantastic cactus collection. Loads of restaurants cafes and bars. A pretty port, one part being the fishing port and the other the marina. There again, lots of restaurants and bars. People from Marbella come here to shop because it's cheaper!!!!! And the shopping IS good. The "old town" is a maze of extremely narrow streets with typical Spanish houses covered in flowers. There is a beautiful church and a square shielded from the sun by orange trees where you can taste some "real" coffee or a lovely sweet Malaga wine. Some of the beaches nearby are still quite "wild" with great expanses of sand and as we are close to the straights of Gibraltar, the Mediteranean is cleaner than on the rest of the coast due to the proximity of the Atlantic ocean.

This will be a holiday you'll remember with pleasure.....
And we will do all to make it a unique experience.
Daily trips can be organized to the surrounding villages and attractions. We will be happy to help you discover Andalucia as it really is and make it for you an unforgettable holiday. As we are "on site" you can ask whatever information you need anytime.
Near by, within 5 kms, there is Estepona Golf Club, and at 10 kms Duquessa Golf Club.
The beach is reachable by foot, around 10 mns walk.
At 300 meters from the house you'll find two restaurants, one of them being one of the best that Estepona has to offer.
And within less than 10 mns walk you'll be able to spend an unforgettable day at a 5 stars spa where you can be pampered and spend the day relaxing in a truly luxurious atmosphere.
Famous Puerto banus is 20 mns away and offer a fantastic night life while Marbella is a 25 mns drive.
The Selvo Park, which is the largest wild life reserve in Europe, is located at 13 kms, or 10 mns drive, and a great way to spend a interesting day.
You can also visit our local national park, reachable in 15 mns by car, and go walking in forests of local pines, called Pinsapos, or just drive directly to the top of the park, over 1000 meters (yes: it is a mountain!!!), gaze at breathtaking views and try to locate "your" house.....

Il ne manque absolument rien ( enfin presque voir en fin de commentaire ). Anne est une personne accueillante, disponible et qui sait recevoir ces locataires. Le logement est quand à lui idéal, nous étions 4 ( un adulte avec 3 ados ) et tout le monde a fait son petit coin douillet pour y passer un super séjour. Le jardin nous a permis de faire un bbq à 12 personnes ( avec beaucoup d'enfants) sans le moindre soucis. Le quartier est très très calme et à l'image de la maison reposant ! La seule et unique suggestion serait de mettre une petite piscine ( j'ai bien dit petite ) le long de la haie coté vue sur la mer. je recommande vivement ce logement! Mon commentaire Merci Charles. Tres contente que le sejour vous ait plu Hehehe: pour la piscine ce sera aux prochains propios d'en faire une même très grande si ils veulent....Je sais, ici en Août ce serait parfait, mais trop de boulot pour la faire et je préfère utiliser les sous que cela couterait pour voyager! La localisation de la villa est très bien située et donne un accès facile au Centre de thalassothérapie de l'hotel Elba en marchant. Les autres activités sont à proximité, l'auto est requise pour les déplacements autre que l'épicerie. Le lieu est calme, très propre et bien entretenu, ressemble à une petite banlieue. En tant que couple québécois nous recommandons cet hébergement si vous cherchez la tranquillité. Les photos sur le site sont conformes. La cuisine est achalandée juste ce qu'il faut avec un électroménager (frigo, congel, lave-vaiselle, lessiveuse) très performant. .
