This lovely first floor apartment is furnished to a high standard. It consists of a very light and spacious lounge dining area which leads out on to the sunny terrace, overlooking the pool and garden area. The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a serving hatch through to the lounge.There are two good size bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, full en suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a guest shower room.Just a few minute drive from the beach with its superb beach-bar and restaurant and the exceptional Duquesa Port, with further great bars, restaurants and a good night life. This new apartment is set on the hillside with cooling breezes from the Mediterranean. The complex itself has several pools as well as well-kept gardens and lies next to a golf course with many others nearby. Casares Golf is only a couple of minutes away and with its restaurant and clubhouse offers discounts on the green fees for its 9 hole golf course to the guests of this accommodation. Shops, bars and restaurants are all close-by. Estepona is 10 minutes away with an extensive Sunday market. In the opposite direction, only a 20 minute drive away, are the must-visit towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, both offering outstanding shopping and dining experiences. Gibraltar is only 35 kms away.TV: Only English channels.

Property had a lot of good points and was really clean and tidy with comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen.
You need a car as the property is up a hill and away from shops and bars
The complex is lovely with really good swimming pools
Only negative was living room couches which let the apartment down

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
