Key Barcelona are delighted to offer this newly renovated property located between the bohemian neighbourhood of Gracia and the Chic Eixample District.
Newly renovated in 2019 this spacious apartment offers style and comfort with all the fittings of a modern city apartment, whilst not compromising on location.

The apartment comprises of 6 spacious and welcoming bedrooms, 4 bedrooms with double beds, a1 with two single beds and 1 with one single bad: all of which are bathed in natural sunlight. All the bedrooms are newly decorated with a stylish and modern décor whilst keeping the vintage charm for which Barcelona is famous. Some of the bedrooms open up to a private balcony allowing fantastic views of the city streets below, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Joining two of the bedrooms is a large dining and living room , which includes a large dining table with ample space to accommodate all 8 guests perfect for dining together with family or friends as well as for business meetings. Furthermore the apartment offers a sleek and modern Kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances one could need ; including a microwave , oven , stove, kettle and washing machine.
Accommodating up to 10 people this apartment is perfect for families or a group of friends looking for a modern and stylish base from which to explore Barcelona.
Furthermore we offer several other apartments in the same building making it perfect for large groups or families looking to stay in the same location.

We also have a conference room in Girona building for the convenience of our clients.
The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, Tv for presentations and offering an array of complimentary drinks including water, tea and coffee.
The conference room seats up to 12 people which is available free of charge for all our guests.

Getting around the city couldn´t be easier with the L1 metro station Verdaguer just around the corner and Diagonal L3 just a few blocks away. On the nearby street Diagonal there are also numerous bus stops to help you get around the city. Within a 200 meter radius of the hotel you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a cinema. You´ll be sure to find whatever you desire within walking distance of this apartment.
The apartment is perfect for those looking to explore the vibrant neighbourhoods that Barcelona has to offer. On the border of the bohemian neighbourhood of Gracia and the classy and chic neighbourhood of Eixample.
Famous for it´s bar and coffee culture Gracia has quickly become one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Barcelona. As you wander through it´s streets you will find an abundance of cafes , bars and restaurants serving food from around the world as well as traditional spanish cuisine. A favourite amongst Barcelona´s population of musicians, artists who all contribute to the bohemian atmosphere of this neighbourhood.
To the south of the apartment you will find Barcelona´s most populated district of Eixample. Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's art nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area.
Passeig de Gràcia is the heart of Eixample and the line that cuts the area into two from "Eixample left" and "Eixample right".
Here you will find most of Barcelona's international designer shops such as Chanel and MaxMara. Also along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Gaudí's characteristically dreamlike buildings. There are many interesting art galleries in the area and if art appeals then be sure to have a look in Fundacion Antoni Tapies which is just off Passeig de Gràcia and has a permanent collection of this Catalan artist's work.
Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes.

Check-in:
- check-in between 1pm and 8pm are free of charge
- check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€
- check-in from midnight to 1am has an extra cost of 50€
- check-in with every hour after 1am has +10€ extra cost (example 1:00 - 1:59 check-in = 60€, 2am check-in =70€)
As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at the address in order to avoid delays.

Check-out:
Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €50.
City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.

Security Deposit:

We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).

It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbours and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbours due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behaviour on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbour or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 500.
