This newly completed 2 bedroomed town house (sleeps 5) at the popular Residential La Cinuelica, R2-Los Altos.The house is a 15-20 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the local supermarket (Consum) and within 15 minutes walk of bars and restaurants. The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away.
The front garden is tiled and leads to up to the tiled terrace area. The property comprises of 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, seperate kitchen, downstairs wc, family bathroom, balcony off twin bedroom and private roof solarium.
The living/dining room has 2 comfortable sofas, tv unit with television and a DVD player (please bring your own DVD’s), wooden coffee table and dining table, four chairs and pictures. The windows look out to the front of the property. A patio set for alfresco dining is provided inside the property.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the rear galleria area.
Also downstairs is a WC with sink and mirror.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with drawers, pictures and duvets for the winter. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a bedside cabinet with drawers. There are patio doors which lead out to the balcony.
The fully tiled bathroom has a walkin shower, shower curtain, bidet, and toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.
The property has galleria area at the rear, garden and terrace area to the front, balcony off the twin bedroom and also a private roof solarium for your exclusive use.
Parking is available directly outside the front of the house. A communal pool and landscaped gardens are located behind the property.

Walking distance from the property you have the following….. Several supermarkets including: Consum, Carrefour, Lidl and Aldi. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Punta Marina, with a variety of restaurants and shops.
Punta Prima beach is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bars during the summer months, it is approx a15 minute walk. Go-Karting along the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Driving distance from the property you have…… 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 minutes drive through the countryside with orange and lemon groves, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minutes drive. Torrevieja town is approx 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls selling a variety if items. Nightly fun fair during the summer months. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property. La Mata, playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English Bookshop, H&M, show and Jewellery shops) there are 2 stories for underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are 10 minutes drive away. Fast food establishments: McDonalds and Burger King are a 10 minute drive, close to the Habaneras shopping centre. There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) opens June till September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park. Horse riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months. Markets….. There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approx 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive), also Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area. Transport….. There are two bus services an hour to Torrevieja and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig. There is a Taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a Taxi is quite easy. A car is not essential when staying at this property but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding areas. An airport pick up service is available. Alicante airport is approx 45 minutes drive and Murcia airport is approx 30 minutes drive.
