This 2 bedroomed Town House at the popular Residential La Cinuelica, R11-Los Altos, located beside the landscaped communal gardens and pool area. The property is a 10-15 minutes walk from the beach, 10 to 15 minutes walk to the local supermarket, bars and restaurants.

The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away.



The Property
The front garden is laid to stone which leads up to the tiled terrace area. The property comprises of 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, WC, seperate kitchen, family bathroom, balcony off twin bedroom and private roof solarium.

The living/dining room has a 2 sofas (one being a sofa bed), tv unit with television and a DVD player (please bring your own DVD’s), wooden coffee table and dining table, four chairs and pictures. The windows look out to the front of the property, which overlooks the communal garden and pool. The property benefits from air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the rear outside tiled garden area.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with drawers, bedside lamps, pictures and duvets for the winter. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet with drawers and a bedside lamp. There are patio doors which lead out to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, and toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.

The property has a large garden area at the rear, garden and terrace area to the front, balcony off the twin bedroom and also a private roof solarium for your exclusive use.

Additional items…. Iron and deluxe ironing board and a clothes airer.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person will be provided. There is a no smoking policy in this property and no pets, smoking is permitted outside.



Local Information
The property is suitable for couples, families, golfers. Parking is available on the road outside of the community gates.

Welcome packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee of glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals (outside of the summer period) when the shops are not open. Please advise upon booking if you would like this service.

The Area....

Walking distance from the property you have the following….. Several supermarkets including: Mercadona, Consum, Mas Y Mas, Carrefour, Lidl and Aldi. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park III, 20 minutes walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chips restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea rooms and the post office which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minutes walk, with a Chinese restaurant, Stallions a la Carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar-All bar Sue. English supermarket and several English bars. You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues fish bar,

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre along with Eroski supermarket, Wok buffet (Chinese), Greta Garbo’s a la Carte restaurant, Murphy’s bar, Captain’s Table (fish and chips), subway, cosmetics, electrical shops and a petrol station.

Overlooking the sea you have the Nautilus restaurant and the Punta Prima restaurants. The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk holds a quiz night every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room, has regular entertainment.

Punta Prima beach is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bars during the summer months, approx 15 minutes walk. Go-Karting along the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda’s for those requiring greater speed. Driving distance from the property you have…… 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 minutes drive through the countryside with orange and lemon groves, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minute4s drive. Torrevieja town is approx 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

There is a promenade with market stalls selling a variety if items. Nightly fun fair during the summer months. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property. La Mata, playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English Bookshop, H&M, show and Jewellery shops) there are 2 stories for underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are 10 minutes drive away. Fast food establishments: McDonalds and Burger King are a 10 minute drive, close to the Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) opens June till September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months. Markets….. There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approx 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive), also Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area.

There are two bus services an hour to Torrevieja and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig. There is a Taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a Taxi is quite easy. A car is not essential when staying at this property but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding areas.

We really liked the property itself and it was an accurate realization of the way it is advertised. Communication with the Managemenr company was excellent, we paid extra for Internet access which did not start as planned, however 1 phone call later and all was rectified. The air conditioning in the house was very efficient and much appreciated.

The development was not as well maintained as others we had stayed on with the gardens and pool not as well maintained. The gardener arrived at 5pm when people were sunbathing and both sets of steps in yo the pool were loose and were removed whilst we stayed leaving only one available set.

From an equipment point of view it would have been nice to have access to some sun loungers rather than a couple of chairs that slightly reclined.

Overall it was good value and we would generally recommend if the above points were taken in to consideration.

This house is near a lively area and the beach. It has a shared pool, a balcony, outside lighting, a garden and a sea view. Car hire is recommended as the house is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is not available.
