This cosy and great villa invites to relax thanks to the peace that the fields offer. The lovely exterior area that includes fruit trees, the furnished terrace with a barbecue and a natural pond with fishes, and the patio in front of the house also perfectly furnished with two sun loungers, tables with chairs to enjoy your appetisers alfresco, will make you fully enjoy your stay. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house comprises two floors. When you enter you find a spacious and comfy living - dining room with AC, the perfect place for your family meals and the room to chat and rest and watch the TV-Sat. The kitchen is independent and it offers a gas stovetop, oven and a beautiful Majorcan style, among many other features. There are two shower bathrooms still on this floor for the whole accommodation. When it's time to rest, there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are on the main floor and have wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The last room is upstairs and has twin beds and a sitting area with a TV-set (but no satellite channels). The washing machine is at the terrace together with the iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.

Inca is a lovely and familiar city basically in the centre of the island offering all needed services for an independent stay such as bars, Majorcan restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. It also offers an easy access to any point of the island in a reasonable amount of time. You cannot miss its street market on Thursday morning that has been taking place for centuries and is the perfect place to buy local products. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro about 27.3 km away which is characterised by its crystal-clear water and fine sand.

The house is in beatiful setting, very private with a huge garden. I would recommend renting a car for sure if you choose this listing, it would be hard to get around on foot. There were no problems with sounds from traffic for us at least.

Great house to relax, sor far from traffic but close to supermarkets (e.g.Aldi) and gas stations (BP, Repsol). It was clean and really enoug for 5 of us with 2 children. Love the grill kitchen outside and the huge amount of plants. Air conditioners worked well to cool down the 2 floors before sleeping. Lovely terrace with sunbeds.
