Dalt Vila / Ibiza Town
Dalt Vila is the old town of Ibiza town that you will see on many of the postcards of Ibiza. It is a designated UNESCO World Heritage site and still retains much of the original charm of the old Ibiza it is actually the oldest European fortress city still intact today. Within the walls of Dalt Vila you will find the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Snows, the Ibiza Archaeology Museum and the Ibiza Museum of Contemporary Art. Walk down the steps at the end of the street and you find yourself in Plaza del Sol with its beautiful restaurants. Down another narrow typically Ibizan street and you find yourself in the Placa de Vila with even more charming al fresco restaurants.
Once you head down through the main entrance to Dalt Vila across the ancient drawbridge you will find yourself in the buzzing nightlife of Ibiza town with bars restaurants and shops galore! People watch from any of the many bars or just stroll around and soak up the atmosphere.
Although this property was quite difficult to find when we arrived at 1am on a Sunday morning, the Property Manager Damian organised for a local restaurant owner to bring us to the property. Once we found the property it was difficult to leave.
There wasnt any noise, other than the noise of the boats reversing out of the port!
Very cute local bean bag bar no more than 20 steps from the property serving great cava. Funky tapas bar in Ibiza Town only 5 mins walk from property - La Bodega. 100+ bars / restaurants within walking distance. Car not required unless you want to explore the island.
Taxi journey from airport = €15. Beach is a 30 min walk. Playa Den Bossa is a taxi ride = €12.
Property is big and has a great balcony. Photos dont do it justice.
Local market 5 min walk for all organic fruit and vegetables. Great for a relaxing holiday, but within walking distance to the crazy nightlife!

This was our second visit to Casa Nueve and again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped and is situated in a very quiet part of Dalt Vila but close to all amenities. A lovely touch with some provisions put in the fridge pending our arrival. Very clean and well cared for. We would recommend to any couple.

We visited Ibiza out of season in April and had a great stay in Casa Nueve which I would recommend to anyone. This apartment is perfect for a couple, perfect location right in the heart of the Dalt Vila, from where you can explore this amazing part of Ibiza. The owner left a welcome pack of wine, beers and olives etc which was great after a later arrival. The description is spot on and the owner very helpful. Nice decor, and a great sound system!

Fantastic large property for a couple which I would definately rent again. The property itself is in a great location in the center of the old town not far from the busy port but still quiet, and the view from the beautiful terrace over the port is incredible. The owner was also very helpful in answering any questions I had before the holiday.

We loved every moment of our stay. Location is superb, no doubt about that. The views are wonderful and the location is tranquil even though its moments away from the gorgeous town.
If you enjoy the Balearic vibe, if you enjoy the glamour and ultimate location? Dont hesitate ... youll be so please you booked this lovely Dalt Vila gem.
Best tip for renters? During the very busy high season period, hail a taxi from the Formentera ferry rank, itll save you time compared with queuing at taxi ranks in town. We used this method going to the big superclubs and it saved us loads of time. The Formentera ferry rank is 10 minute walk away from the Casa Nueve ... Easy.
See you again soon.

amazing touch and really tasty to eat in am.
I would definitely recommend.
To the owner i would suggest sticking a shower on the roof or a hose pipe so that you can cool down when sunbathing .
I loved this place though and inside the place the aircon was cooling
