Villa La Noria. Beautiful and stunning villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa comprises of 3 attached apartments with separate entrances all around a wonderful swimming pool with lovely terraces which have amazing views. The villa is let as one complete house to ensure complete privacy for our guests. Located 5 minutes by car from the village of Comares and with wifi, parking, gardens, heating (for the cooler months), sensational views down to the Mediterranean Sea.

All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.

Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.

The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is 5 minutes drive from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

THINGS TO NOTE :

-Although final cleaning is included in the price, we ask all clients to leave the house as they found it.
-In reduced prices for monthly rentals, electricity and gas are NOT included. Pellets are never included in the price.
-1 dog can be allowed ONLY after consultation.

-To fully enjoy the surroundings a car is essential.
-There is a refundable damage deposit of 500 euros to pay on arrival.

• The person making the reservation must be 25 years or over.
  -Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.
