The Palms” Golf & Country Club is a picturesque complex and in the exclusive area of Golf Del Sur. Landscaped Gardens, 4 delightful swimming pools sit, a Pool Bar, and extremely spacious apartments around make this a wonderful complex to soak up the Tenerife sun.
Subject to recent improvements and modernisation this lovely apartment to rent in The Palms Golf and Country Club offers good quality accommodation on a very popular complex.
The apartment benefits from being on two floors and therefore both bedrooms are completely separate. Both also have their own ensuite bathroom, bath and shower. One has a jacuzzi!
Off the main living room is a large balcony with lovely views over the swimming pools of the complex to the sea in the background. Here you can lie in on a sunbed or sit at the table with a drink and watch the sun go down.
However, the sun worshipping does not stop there! Downstairs also has a very spacious ground floor private patio with yet more sun beds and patio furniture. A lockable gate then leads straight out to the pool.
As you walk into the apartment, the main upstairs bedroom and ensuite is on your left. (This one has a jacuzzi!). As you walk through the apartment you will be impressed by the well equipped, fresh and crisp kitchen on your left.
You then walk through to the living room has a double sofa / sofa bed, 2 x armchairs, Satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4), dining room table and chairs. Pato doors lead to the top balcony and lovely views over the complex pools to the sea in the background.
Stairs from the living room lead down to the 2nd yet deceptively big bedroom. This also has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Leading from the bottom bedroom is a huge ground floor terrace with sunbeds and patio furniture. This has access straight to the pool through a lockable gate.
For those wishing to hire a car, the apartment also has it’s own parking space conveniently right outside the front door!

The complex of the Palms is an experience in itself. The apartments are set either side of the Pool and Garden areas, with the walkways in between lined with trees and shrubbery. There are 4 gorgeous and very inviting pools, each set within their own area with plenty of sun beds surrounding them.
At the bottom end of the complex is the reception area and from here the picturesque passages lead you into this enchanting complex. As you stroll along you will keep finding little corners where peace and tranquillity can be found.
In the centre of the complex is the Pool Bar and a very reputable restaurant serving drinks and good quality food all day.
For the kids there are several Pool and Table Tennis table dotted around the complex.
The complex has an on-site launderette.

We had an extremely enjoyable week in Tenerife, not just the good warm sunshine everyday but also our stay at the Palms. It was ideal for what we wanted with all the facilities needed and the property was well kept and very comfortable. the property is situated in a quite complex with a lovely pool only a few steps away. This was our first visit to Tenerife and after such a excellent stay we will certainly considering coming back next year.
The property is very nice and comfortable the only downside was the apartment wasn't clean when we got there had to clean it my self.
Excellent place to stay for golf. Lovely quiet complex fantastic pool area stayed here 7 times , will be booking for next year again.
The negative issues stated below will hopefully have been remedied for future visitors. The complex is beautiful, clean and the swimming pools a delight and the apartment well equipped and very pleasant. If you are not in the mood for going out the onsite club house has a fantastic chef providing lovely food and the entertainment was fun. We are an easy going couple who sorted various issues ourselves. When we did contact the letting agents by e-mail about various issues they responded immediately and were more than willing to help, which we declined. We hope that future guests do not have the same teething problems.
Here are the irritants that only briefly effected our stay. We were informed that the key to the premises would be in a coded key safe at the front door. No one informed us that the front door was outside the complex on a street leading up from the Pharmacy. We entered the complex, took some time to locate our apartment (118) only to find no keysafe at the door. We were lucky to be able to speak to our neighbours who informed us that the front door was at the back of the complex. If they had not been kind enough to let us walk through their apartment, and out their front door to get to ours, we would have had to walk back out of the complex. past the Pharmacy, and up and round to our front door. On arrival the apartment was really spacious, colourful with nice art work and had a very well equipped kitchen. On the negative side the balcony looked as if it had not been swept for a long time and had lots of dust, cobwebs and dirt on it. This was easily remedied by ourselves, however, the balcony furniture was only suitable for the bin and had nails sticking out the arm rests where the plastic had bust and worn. We again had to remedy this by lifting the chairs downstairs and taking the nicer patio chairs upstairs. Why no-one noticed the mess of these chairs is hard to understand. The main bathroom was lovely but the bath enamel has eroded which made it look dirty and the shower curtains were stained at the bottom and either needed replaced or given a good clean. There was a big television in the main living room upstairs with no instructions and no amount of intelligent input could get it working. The DVD/CD Player as advertised was downstairs in the other bedroom so if you wanted to watch/listen to anything you would need to sit in the bedroom. There was also a lack of instructions for the kitchen equipment resulting in trial and error. We had a lovely holiday and, if these issues have been remedied, would have no problem recommending this apartment and complex to others.
i loved the apartment and it was a very nice place to stay over xmas .bus stop right by medical centre san blas is a short walk away but we did get taxi back coz its uphill only 6 euro tho.....irish bar down the street is great nice food etc all in all a nice chilled out hol would i go bk to same apartmemt ????? yes 100% swimming pool freezing but i still went in but dammn its cold lol try it its fun lol

This lovely duplex apartment has a extremely spacious balcony with lovely sea views from the main living room. There is also a very spacious ground floor patio, off the downstairs bedroom, containing sunbeds and a table and chairs.
