This is a very comfortable two bedroom first floor apartment, in a quiet private complex situated in an outstanding location overlooking the golf course, within easy walking distance to local facilities.
This 2 bedroom Apartment to rent is bright and airy and well decorated throughout. With two twin bedrooms , it can sleep up to 4 people.
The spacious lounge area consists of a two seater settee with a convertible bed settee that could sleep a child if necessary. There is a satellite television (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4) and wi fi is available.
The new fully fitted kitchen has recently been modernised and is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, oven and hob, microwave, iron and kettle.
The bathroom has also been refurbished to a high standard.
There are two balconies to this Apartment, the main one leads from the lounge and overlooks the swimming pool and also has views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the other smaller balcony leads off from one of the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have twin beds with fitted wardrobes. The main entrance to the Apartment has a few steps leading up to the front door.
Sand Club is a very quiet complex although it is just around the corner from the main shopping area and all it's bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment. This is what makes the Sand Club such a popular complex. It is also close to the golf course making it an ideal location for golfers.
