Augusta Park is situated on the border of Golf Del Sur and is a short walk to all amenities. It is perfectly sandwiched between two championship golf courses.
Augusta Park, provides a lovely location within the resort of Amarilla Golf and Country Club. The spacious pool area has gorgeous sea views.
This spacious bungalow to rent in Augusta Park, Amarilla Golf and Country Club is very comfortably furnished. The bungalow is air conditioned throughout.
Being particularly well furnished, the bungalow also has a dining room table and 5 chairs. Satellite TV is provided including BBC and ITV.
The living area opens out to the south facing balcony that stretches the length of the bungalow. From there you have all day sunshine and lovely sea views.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Amongst others an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and juicer are provided.
Beyond the kitchen is a very unique room currently used as a bar! Chairs and a sofa are provided as well as two stools by the bar.
The sofa is a sofa bed so can sleep a 5th person.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The master has an ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
There is a terrace that wraps arouns the side of the property and also has sea views. Patio doors open to this terrace.
The 2nd bedroom mirrors the master and shares a family bathroom with walk-in shower. Again air conditioning is supplied.
The south facing sunny balcony has sun beds for you to stretch out on. There is lovely sea views in the distance.
The pool area is gated and can only be accessed by residents and guests. There is therefore plenty of room to relax on your sun bed enjoying the Tenerife sun and sea views.
Being located on the border of Amarilla Golf and Country Club and Golf Del Sur, this bungalow is ideally located for local amenities. Amarilla Golf and Country Club is a quiet resort with a scattering of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Itis just a few minutes’ walk to the new marina at Golf Del Sur. Here there is a very pretty sea front promenade full of good quality restaurants and bars. Further into the resort, is the San Blas Commercial Centre that consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques and a night club. At the other end of the resort, next to the new marina, you will find a very pretty sea front promenade full of restaurants where you can dine al fresco overlooking the sea. The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 10 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.
5 mins walk to supermarket and bars. 10 minutes walk to marina with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minutes drive from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

We would like to clean up themselves, but not both, in the House wasn't even a broom, or other cleaning products.
Change of towels and bed-linen are held.
We decided to use the meet and greet service offered as although we have visited Golf del Sur previously we were arriving in the dark and did not know the exact location of the bungalow. The info e-mail on this service stated that our driver would pick us up from the airport, deal with the keys and show us into the property. However the driver was not entirely sure where the property was,( luckily between us we found it quite easily) and he did not know the combination needed to retrieve the keys so it took several phone calls to find out. We had been sent an e-mail with this info but due to the wording on the meet and greet letter had thought it unnecessary to print it off- so really the letter needs changing.
The bungalow itself was okay but as mentioned by other guests extremely cluttered and not very clean. It was impossible to use the shower over the bath in the ensuite without soaking the floor.The condition of the bedding was okay but it was too small for the mattress and so the bottom sheet and protector would not stay tucked in and therefore you ended up with the mattress exposed each night. Good points were the air conditioning and the kitchen was well equpped with plenty of pans and crockery.
There was no information book so it took us ages to sort out the television and find out the code for the WiFi. We had been told to contact Maureen if there were any problems during the holiday but she was in the UK and so was unable to help. Again it took several phonecalls to sort everything out.
.The location is not brilliant as it is DIRECTLY under the flight path, so on the patio you constantly have the noise of overhead aircraft. Yes it was a novelty for the first couple of days but then it became annoying. It is also next to the path leading to the supermarket so really no privacy on the verandah.
One good thing was the pool area - it was clean and quiet with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade
We had a lovely holiday in this wee villa, it is in a great location for touring and a few minutes walk to local restaurants. The villa is very well equipped ,but a bit too full of "stuff", we had to remove bedding from the wardrobe to allow us to unpack.there was too much furniture on the balcony to allow us to make full use of the outside area. The biggest disappointment was the very poor standard of cleanliness ,we actually felt that it was necessary to wash the dishes and the bed linen before we used them. The bed linen and the towels were very well used and needed replacing. As we were on a ten day holiday we should have had a mid holiday clean, but that did not happen, and we had no contact from the local agent.The tv and Internet were good. Overall the villa is comfortable and if it had a really good clean we would recommend it
This was a very strange property. It was as though the owner had just left as if to say, "you can use my house" It was cluttered up with an amazing assortment of ornaments, strange items of wrought iron furnishings, dead looking artificial flowers not at all suitable for a rent.
There was a room attached to kitchen, described as a bar but was more like an overheated shed, also full of clutter. After looking in we firmly closed the door and the curtain and never went in there again. The chest of drawers in the main bedroom was broken, I had to find a screwdriver and tighten all the draw runners so that the drawers would slide freely.
We didnt use the cooker, the tray under the grill was very greasy. The lighting switches were a mystery, some would turn a light on and some would not and some didnt do anything at all. There were cables tacked to walls running round the top of doors and there as a absolute jungle of non-electic cables near the sofa and more behind the sideboard. This may have accounted for the internet not working and the TV displayed "no internet connection". The internet LED on the router was never on.
The toilet seat is still wonky and, possibly due to the large amount of grit in the cistern, it would not fill and trickled through all night. I managed to wash most of it out . I thought we would see the pool from the villa but it was some way off out of sight The Supermarket described as 800 mtrs away was in fact only 10 yards away, very useful with very helpful staff. The sea view was marred by the car breakers yard in the foreground, accompanied by much drilling and banging so we were not able to sit out on the loungers to enjoy the sun, pity!
In general. I would say this villa has reached its use-by date and needs a complete refurbishment by skilled tradesmen. A great shame really.
The property was easy to get to from the airport but we were familiar with the area anyway. Its very quiet there and often there was no one at the pool but thats how we like it. We were generally very happy with the visit. When we got there several light bulbs had blown and the toilet seat was broken but, following an email to the owner, they were fixed the very next day.
Only two negatives really. First it says air conditioned throughout but there are only units in the bar room and the bedrooms so the main area and kitchen could get quite warm.
Finally, none of the pictures show the large and rather imposing stained glass room divider between the kitchen and living room. Its an impressive bit of design work but its very unique with a musical theme and does lend an otherwise understated room a rather cheesy Benidorm feel. I would advise putting photos up on the site as its quite distracting at times.
Otherwise a lovely way to spend what is likely to be our last family holiday abroad now the children have grown up. For anyone visiting be sure to pick up the Ultimate Tenerife pass for loro Parque and Siam Park. Oh, and look into hiring a car as Golf De Sur is a bit remote.
