Ocean Golf & Country Club is a top quality and very prestigious development benefiting from stunning sea and golf course views, as well as three swimming pools on two levels, one being a childrens pool.
This penthouse apartment is on the top floor, so the balcony enjoys an absolutely wonderful view across the the resort of Golf Del Sur to the sea in front and to the golf course on the left. On a clear day the outline of Gran Canaria can be seen along with Tenerife’s famous Red Rock, appropriately named as it turns a beautiful rich deep red colour as it heats up in the sunshine.
The other benefit of being top floor is the uncovered balcony which therefore gets an abundance of sun!
The Apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, fully tiled bathroom, a beautiful fully fitted kitchen, a washing machine, and a spacious lounge with a 2 seater sofa bed, satellite television (FULL English channels), DVD player and patio doors leading onto the balcony.
You can be sat in the living room watching your favourite soap on TV and still be looking out over the Atlantic. Offering a very high standard of accommodation combined with a great location and wonderful views, this apartment cannot be beaten.
There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets just a couple of minutes walk away. The new marina is also close by as is the main shopping centre at San Blas (10 min walk) where you will find plenty of evening entertainment. There is also an abundance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops etc in the centre.

We had a lovely time at the apartment and enjoyed long days on the sunny balcony!
We found the apartment in excellent condition. The lady from the review below must be very hard to please as we found it extremely well equipped.
We travel to Tenerife twice a year and this is one of the best self catering apartments we have been in. The communication from the management team prior to booking was excellent and we enjoyed the taxi meet and greet service they provided from the airport.
Overall a lovely apartment - we shall be back, if not this winter, definitely next year.

Grandes vistas panoramicas y todo tal y como se describe en su anuncio.
Ahora yo le diría algunas sugerencias:las luces ponerlas de mas potencia,en los baños casi no se ve y en el resto del piso son tristes.
hechamos de menos algunas amacas para tomar el sol en su maravillosa terraza.
como ama de casa,sería muy bien tener lavavajillas.
mi petición del microhondas,fue correctamente atendida.
Es posible que volvamos en otra ocasion.
Y recomendaremos su apartamento.

Would recommend this apartment without hesitation. Very clean, ample size, good facilities and the pools were lovely. Quiet resort but a short walk to entertainment and restaurants in San Blas. Be prepared for low flying aircraft overhead though as close to flight path.

Excellent property with huge balcony and great aspect. Property has evertything you could possibly want and is very well maintained. Resort is upmarket if a little quiet, with prices being accordingly a bit higher than elsewhere
