Ocean Golf & Country Club is one of the most prestigious complexes in the exclusive area of Golf Del Sur.

Running parallel to the championship golf course, this new development is an ideal base for golfers, yet is also perfect for those who just want to relax, enjoy the Tenerife sun and all the amenities that Golf Del Sur has to offer.

The Pool area is carved into the rock along the golf course, yet provides a completely private area to sunbathe within. A childrens pool is also provided.

In front of the complex you will find a supermarket and a selection of restaurants, including a lovely wine bar / tapas bar.

This first floor Apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and the owners have made sure it is very comfortable. As soon as you walk in the door, you will be hit by the modern, fresh and spacious feel that it has.

The hallyway into the apartment has a utility cupboard with a washing machine and a safe. The first room is the bedroom which has a double bed and fiited warbrobes.

From here you walk back into the hall and to the The bathroom which is fresh and crisp.

The next room is the lounge which has a 2 / 3 seater sofa/double bed and an armchair, television (satellite) and a CD/cassette hi-fi system.

The fully fitted kitchen that runs off the lounge has an oven, hob and microwave.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to the balcony which is nice and private.

With the balcony sitting over the pool this is a great spot for those parents who want to keep an eye on their kids by the pool, or for those who simply do not want to use the lifts!

An extra benefit of this apartment is the private underground parking space that is reached via electric gates. This is a real must for anyone considering hiring a car.

The main shopping centre nearby boasts many shops, a doctor and chemist, restaurants of all nationalities and bars that provide evening entertainment. Should you like walking you can take a pleasant quiet stroll along the seaside to the marina and the nearby typical Spanish village of Los Abrigos, with its excellent fish restaurants.

A 10 minute walk will take you to the resort centre, otherwise called "San Blas". Here you will find some high quality restaurants and bars, many with evening entertainment. There are also pretty boutiques, a bank, cashpoints, a doctors and much more!

2nd visit to this complex and it certainly has matured into a really nice one. Probably about 3 years old, it is extremely well kept by the on-site maintenance team. The apartment, as you would expect from Ocean Golf and Country was immaculate and probably the best we've stayed in. I love the area so will be returning next year and probaly to this apartment too!

location of keys easy to find, struggled to find apartment (but it was 4.00am) Would find it easy in day light. Would have prefered more information in apartment ie - How to open gate to car park and where to park the car. Where to put rubbish. The apartment was excelent with all the 'home from home' comforts. Excelent complex - clean and tidy Had a great holiday - except for the rain and power cuts ( candles provided) Would definatley go again and would recommend to friends.

We were very pleased with the apt. TV was rather antiquated and golf club 1 min away if you climbed the cliff and fence but apart from that we were very pleased. Area very quite. We really enjoyed our stay there and hopefully will be back again.

It was good complex, the apartment was well equipped and met our needs perfectly. We were not disappointed after reading the website description. It was very clean and comfortable and we will recommend it to our friends. We enjoyed our holiday and will definitely return.
I would give the apartment and the complex 10 out of 10. It was bright,spacious,comfortable and spotless. Golf the Sur itself is lovely and peaceful with a nice range of shops and restuarants. I would strongly recommend Dab Das, the wine and tapas bar just outside the gate for a relaxing drink in the evening. The food there is excellent and reasonably priced. It would be nice if the path alongside the ocean was finished(it is just a dirt path for part of it) because it is a lovely walk.
The locations of the main gate of blocks J&K was still difficult to find in the nighttime - no signs on the gate. To enter the gate with the keys was impossible - luckily we got help from the nearby wine bar. After finding the remote from appartment the problem was solved. Probably the days were guite damp and with low temperature, so the nighttime the appartments got quite cold - a little extra heating would be very convinient.
Apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. However during the period of our stay we could not use the pool due to some dispute or other with the maintenance contractors. This did detract from what was in all other ways excellent accomodation units. If being critical I would suggest that a mid-holiday change of laundry would have been welcomed. As this was our 6th year of visiting Tenerife/Golf del Sur we were well aware of the layout and amenities of this lovely resort, and its great golf facilities. Airport is close but aircraft noise just seems to be all but unnoticed after a few hours.

This apartment is in a new block, comfortable, tastefully furnished, with good restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Also Pharmacy and local supermarkets within easy distance. Whilst close to the flight path of incoming/outgoing aircraft into Tenerife Airport South, this proved to be insignificant and no way spoilt our stay. The apartment is well looked after, with the agent living in the same block. There are no touts in Golf del Sur, nor any night time noise from nightclubs or bars etc. Would definitely stay there again when visiting the island.
